This is a 45 min flight over the Bay of Picton. Pickup and drop off were included. The views were amazing and the flight smooth

In the very beginning, they pick you up at the main part of town take it right out to the airport and wham. We're on the plane.. you see views that you would never see from the ground. It didn't even know existed over the sounds and Picton area.

Colin collected us right on time and took us to the airport in Picton, He was quite knowledgeable about the area. After a brief preflight we climbed aboard the plane and Colin flew us out over the city of Picton and then over the bay explaining all the sights that we were seeing. The view was spectacular as we flew along the sound and then returned back over the city. A big shout out to Colin for his informative commentary and excellent flying.

This was our best excursion while visiting New Zealand for 7 days. The owner/pilot (Cliff) and the co-pilot (Tom) were outstanding and very informative. They flew us over the sounds where we were able to take amazing pictures! So happy we were able to add more minutes to the flight for a truly unforgettable day!

We had the most awesome scenic flight above Queen Charlotte Sounds and Picton on a beautiful sunny day piloted by Chris. Thank you Chris for a safe and unforgetable flight. Bays & Bush Scenic Flight is a “Must Do” when in Picton. We will definitely do this again when we are back in Picton.

What an exhilarating & wonderful experience! We originally booked a 20 minute flight but jumped at the chance to expand it to a 45 minute flight. It was worth every penny. It was a feast for the eyes to see the islands from the air. The water was stunning. Our pilot Chris is a very professional, experienced, and safety oriented. The plane was comfortable and in excellent condition; no bad seat on the plane. The highlight was landing on their private grass airstrip on their land. It was a true paradise that included a warm greeting from the family dog, skipping an endless supply of perfect flat rocks on their beautiful private beach, and friendly conversation with Chris’ father (a long time island resident). Landing on and taking off from this incredible oasis is an experience I wish everyone could have at least once in their lives. It was absolutely worth visiting Picton to fly with Chris and the Pelorus company!

Ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis. Wir wurden pünktlich von einem sehr netten ehemaligen Linienpiloten abgeholt und zum Flugplatz gefahren. Dort warteten unser Pilot und das Flugzeug auf uns. Wir erlebten die faszinierende Natur des Marlborough Sound aus der Vogelperspektive. Anschließend wurden wir wieder zum Ausgangspunkt zurückgefahren. Wir wären gerne länger geflogen. Das ging leider aus terminlichen Gründen nicht.

Abholung am Info Center Picton und Flug waren super. Die Aussicht grandios und mit Sicherheit die beste Möglichkeit, die Sounds zu sehen.
