This was one of the worst tours we have ever experienced, and I strongly advise others to avoid it, especially if you care about safety, transparency, and animal welfare.
First and most importantly, this tour includes elephant riding. These animals are abused to force them to perform. Many people do not realize that elephants are often harmed, stabbed, or violently controlled so tourists can have a “good time.” This is completely unacceptable to me and my family. We are animal lovers and do not support animal abuse in any form. What makes this even worse is that this activity is not clearly disclosed in the tour listing, which is very misleading.
Timing is completely inaccurate. We were picked up around 7:40 AM. The tour is advertised as approximately 9 hours, yet we did not return to our hotel until after 6:00 PM. Traffic is used as an excuse, but this level of delay shows poor planning and lack of honesty.
Zipline: extremely unsafe. There are only two very short lines, with the second one even shorter. Safety standards are extremely poor. You only wear a helmet and thin linen gloves. We saw a child wearing a helmet incorrectly, pushed all the way back instead of on his head. People were riding in flip-flops. There is no proper braking system, and we saw people hitting the poles at the end of the line. This is dangerous and unacceptable.
Food was actually delicious. However, the organization was terrible. Groups from different bookings were mixed together, then separated again by booking platform when it was time to eat. This caused long waits and unnecessary confusion.
ATVs: another unsafe activity. People were riding without helmets, wearing flip-flops, and guides were not paying attention. Another rider hit my vehicle, and he almost flipped over. The guide took no action and allowed him to continue without any consequence.
At most tour stops, companies usually provide clear timing, such as “20 minutes here and then we leave.” On this tour, that only happened at Monkey Cave and the waterfall. During the rest of the stops, most of us were left waiting without instructions or timeframes, wasting a lot of time.
Monkey Cave is a complete scam and not worth the stop.
Waterfall was very disappointing. It was nearly dry, unimpressive, and a total waste of time.
Rafting was the only genuinely good part of the tour and the only activity we truly enjoyed.
The tour also mixes passengers from multiple booking platforms and even different tour companies. One of the girls traveling with us booked through GetYourGuide and was actually part of a completely different tour. We had to stop at another location just to drop her off, which wasted even more time.
The driver stopped twice for gas and also stopped at a store for personal errands, again wasting valuable time.
About 90% of this excursion is spent sitting in a van driving, which is NOT clearly advertised in the listing. When you arrive at each location, there is very little guidance or organization, and you are expected to figure things out on your own.
Finally, this tour is advertised as having an English-speaking guide, but the guide barely spoke English and was very difficult to understand. Communication was extremely limited, and important explanations and instructions were often unclear.
I strongly encourage future travelers to read the reviews carefully. You will notice we are not the first ones to report these same issues. Many other guests have mentioned similar problems with safety, organization, timing, and transparency.
I do not support this business and strongly suggest that animal lovers do not support it either. Seeing elephants being mistreated and used for entertainment was heartbreaking. Please do not give money to companies that allow this kind of abuse.

We did receive your email during the tour informing us that you had a sunset dinner reservation in Phuket. However, this information was not shared with us prior to the tour, and we were only informed after the group had already arrived at the camp. As this is a shared tour, it is not possible to alter the program at short notice based on individual plans.
Our driver did check with all guests, and one family clearly stated that they wished to enjoy the full itinerary as booked. Therefore, the tour continued according to the scheduled program. We cannot rush or change the itinerary for the entire group, as this would be unfair to other guests.
After this, we continued to receive emails from you using rude and pressuring language, requesting us to act against the agreed tour conditions and implying negative reviews if your demands were not met. We would like to be clear that decisions are made based on facts and fairness, not threats or pressure.
Regarding the refund request, we must reiterate that it was declined because the tour was already almost completed, operated as advertised, and is non-refundable under these circumstances. This was a shared tour, not a private one.
Lastly, concerning the elephant activity, we confirm once again that this is not part of our tour program. Any such activity is offered independently at the location and is entirely optional. Guests are free to decline, and we do not force or promote it as part of our package.
We regret that personal scheduling issues and unmet expectations led to frustration, but the tour was delivered according to the listed itinerary and conditions. We always aim to operate fairly and professionally while respecting all guests in the group.

Great fun a long journey well worth the money only drew back was the pick up time they moved it forward 1 hr to 6.30 the day before but not all guests at different hotels got it so we spent a lot of time waiting

It's important to note that this is a bundled tour with several activities put together. So, I will put a review of each activity, but the review overall is avoid booking this kind of tour. While the bundle creates this perception of value, it's a group schlep that adds in a bunch of mediocre or even bad experiences when you would be happier just doing the one thing you want to do. At one point, they actually wanted us to just sit there and wait while others did the activities that they selected, including unethical elephants or a mosquito plaza by bamboo rafts. It was 11 hours, not 9. And only 1 of them was good.
First, the ATVs are for 16 and up. We were charged full price, usually meaning our kids could drive (as they could at another ATV outing), but it was a huge deal and the course sucked anyway. It was a short gravel roadside trail in blazing sun instead of a muddy jungle experience. Book the ATV Buddha tour instead.
Second, if you want to zipline, there are great zipline courses with wonderful views. This was one short zip over a puddle and the worst zipline I've ever done. In cabs, there's a laminated sheet for one with 23 platforms. Do that one.
Third, the waterfall was an overcrowded roadside trickle with an angry woman who only spoke enough English to yell "get out" at us.
Fourth, the monkey "cave" was a rock wall roadside stop with the mangiest monkeys we saw the whole time. If you want to see monkeys, this isn't the spot. Monkey island was okay, but the zoo with moo deng was better for monkeys roaming around.
Fifth, the lunch was good food. They had it set up well and efficiently.
Sixth, I saved the best for last. The white water rafting was my favorite rafting experience even though we didn't have paddles. Normally I prefer "private" or "relaxing" tours, and this was neither but it was awesome. We did have our own raft, but there must have been a hundred rafts. We felt like we were part of the new year's celebration with everyone splashing, laughing. There were some challenging rapids on the 7 km, and I wish we had done the 9 km. Don't book the 5 km because going that far to skip the few bigger drops at the end wouldn't make sense. So, I do strongly recommend the rafting, but not on this tour. There were so many rafts on the river, you could book it as just rafting and spend maybe 5 hours with an amazing experience instead of 11 hours annoyed with nice Thai people.
Lastly, even with the grouping of tours, there wasn't an actual guide. There was no insight advantage or facilitation for having done the grouped tour. Pick which item you actually would like on this list, and do that. The perceived value of many activities is actually an annoyance.

Honestly had a terrible experience with this tour. The staff were extremely rude. The day got worse as it went on and we had to make the most of a bad situation, when we were picked up the driver refused to let us on and was about to leave because for some reason it said the person they were picking up at our location was female called Heather, when I am male and called Joel, so they were unorganised from the get-go. We ended up resolving this situation after standing around for some time early in the morning outdoors during bad weather, we then proceeded to the location which was a 2.5 hour drive out of Phuket, we reached the location and was introduced to an English speaking tour guide who was extremely rude to us and mocked us, he told us we would be going on the zip-line, then the water rafting, then back for lunch, then the atvs, then on way home monkey cave and also the waterfall and the temple. This did not happen atall.
We went on a tiny stupid zipline, absolute waste of time, then we had to wait over 40 minutes to be taken to the water rafting were we waited another 30 minutes in the rain with no shelter, rafting experience was not what we expected and it was overcrowded and terrible experience, we then came back expecting lunch which we was forcefully told no but the rest of our group was fed, bearing in mind we were picked up at 8 o’clock in the morning and it was now 6 hours later we were hungry and had not packed lunch because we trusted we would be catered for, the man forced us to go on the atvs in the rain rather than eat with the rest of the tour group, then we came back for lunch and it was terrible, moving on we were already very unhappy but looked forward to monkey cave, the waterfall, and the temple with Buddha statue laying down like shown on pictures… again this did not occur, monkey cave was empty for monkeys and we had only 15 minutes there, then the waterfall another 15 minutes meaning no swimming because it took time to walk there and back etc, then we didn’t even visit the temple.
Overall id rate this trip a 1/10.

- The delay at pickup resulted from a mismatch between the name on your voucher and our records. In heavy rain, our driver took extra time to confirm your identity to ensure everyone’s safety before departure.
- Upon arrival at camp, our guide suggested starting with the ATV ride so you wouldn’t spend the rest of the day in wet clothes.
-You experienced our full 7 km rafting route—longer than the 5 km option offered to some groups—which naturally takes more time on the water. Any waiting periods were due to coordinating river launches for multiple groups.
-Our driver did make a brief stop at 7‑Eleven en route, as confirmed in our report. The monkey cave and reclining Buddha temple are in the same park; guests need to walk inside the cave area to see the statue, which may have felt rushed given the schedule.
- Lunch was scheduled after the ATV so guests could change into dry clothes and avoid dining in wet gear, rather than sit through a meal soaking wet and then get wet again on the next activity.
Please know each decision that day was made with your comfort and safety in mind, even if the execution felt disorganized. Avoid if you don’t want to support a company that promotes elephant rides.
We looked through the tours and chose one that specifically didnt list anything to do with elephants- to our surprise our first stop was an elephant ride. We had to wait until the people that rode them finished.
There were 3 or 4 different tour options and we were all on the same bus, same driver, same company. This meant we had to wait until other tours did their activities and vice versa.
While it is a company’s prerogative to cater to the activities they want, the way in which they advertise leads consumers to think they are selecting ethical tours when they are not.
We left from Nai Yang at 9 and got back around 6pm- our driver said about 5 sentences for the whole 9 hours we had to spend with each other. Didn’t really have our own tour guide, just people at different activities that instructed us how to complete the activities. Would have been better if the driver was actually a tour guide as we could have utilised all the driving time conversing and learning about the surroundings.
Beware of glaring if you wear a bikini for the water activities- unfortunately certain groups of people made us feel uncomfortable with their unwanted gaze.
The rafting was the better part of the experience, the guys that were paddling for us made it exciting and fun.
Recommend doing better review checking than we did if you want to support ethical and sustainable tourism.

Rafting was fun, and my 15 year old son enjoyed the monkeys and the ATVs a lot too. Lunch was also good.
Unfortunately, the waterfall and plunge pool were closed for a few weeks, so we missed out on these. We booked just two days before our excursion, so it's disappointing we weren't told at the time of booking. These waterfall activities weren't substituted or refunded, so I was left feeling a bit short changed.

Worst experience ever . We were doing circles on ATV for 25 minutes and came back . I’ve done it many times in different countries . This one is the worst . Guide always told us to be faster , cause we don’t have time . We got tired of this rush . Even to go to toilet or to smoke . Rafting is okay , but water is so dirty .

Definitely the 7km white water rafting, it got more exciting after the 5km
The Quad bike part was great!!
On both activities the staff were amazing!!
Only let down was the bus pick up from the hotel!! I wasn't informed they were running an hour late!! I had to chase them up!!

the white water rafting was excellent, the atv was really old and slow and there was only 2 platforms for zip line . The guides for atv and white water rafting was high on pot , smoking joints infront of all of us , but overall a good day

Originally, I was a bit discouraged after reading several negative reviews. However, I must say that it really depends on your mindset and how much you get involved in to the activities and last but not least your group. We had a wonderful time full of exhilarating experiences with the 30 min ATV and rafting for 7k. I now wish I could have done the 9k route!
We got some amazing photos and a beautiful video montage of each of our activities after paying some extra cash. I will cherish these memories when I am back home.

It was terribly long with each activity being rushed through because we had to get to the next activity.
Couldn’t enter the caves because time was up.
Couldn’t enter the waterfall pool because time was up.
Then came the zip line- it was so silly. The most ridiculous small zip line. I still thought never mind- I’m here for the rafting.
The finale - the rafting was the worst. Instead of 7km- we did only 5. Through your they kept asking all the other members to do the 7km one by paying 400extra. It was annoying when they pretend to not understand the word no. It was less river rafting because the so called captains were trying to “make it fun” by making sure we bump into every rock and into each other. Annoying personal comments were passed through out the ride followed by “I’m sorry madam- I’m joking ok?” He actually went and picked out a sleeping frog- and after annoying the frog for us he threw it on the other boat- landed on another unsuspecting tourist.
Finally we couldn’t go for the extra km because the water was too shallow- which was fine because I was tired of their antics.
And the whole time they kept splashing us with the dirty water( cause the rafting wasn’t getting any of us wet) with their oars or by filling a bucket with that dirty water and dunking it.
The instructions for the trip given were also not clear- they should’ve specified a change of clothes at least.

The activities were quite good but NOT worth sitting in a van for 8 hours. The rafting was great fun and the Monkey Cave was also very good. The waterfall was barely a stream but reasonably pretty. The Zipline was fun but lasts about 7 seconds and the ATV was worthless. We followed a dirt track with no challenge for 30 minutes. Still the activities were very good. But it took us 4 hours from pickup to get there and another 4 hours back all for 3 hours of activity. The guides on the rafting were great. That made the day worthwhile.

This was the worst trip I have ever been on and I have been on several when visiting Thailand, I contacted the company to ask how long the travel time from the hotel to the first activity would be, I was told 1.30 hours, this was a lie, it took near enough three hours, we spent time just sat in a hot vehicle waiting for around 20 minutes each time we went to pick someone else up from their hotel.
We then finally arrived at the activity and they spoke very little English (I understand it’s not their first language but the description stated English speaking guide) and there was no guide, there was poor communication from the start and nobody informed anyone what would be happening throughout the day.
During the ATV, there was a couple of people who were unable to drive them and were slowing the whole group down by stopping and driving very slowly, ruining it for everyone else, we wasted around 20 minutes just sat on the ATV waiting whilst the driver we were following argued with the customers about there driving, so that activity was completely wasted as we spent 10 minutes stopping and starting and driving at about 5mph if that, and then about 15 minutes sat still whilst they argued about what to do with the people who were slowing the group down.
We then had dinner which was very small portions and quite poor, we were not told what would be happening and then ended up spending 2 hours just sat in the heat with no update doing absolutely nothing except wasting the day, we were then eventually sent to do the zipline which people got stuck in the middle of and lasted about 10 seconds.
We were then told our driver would be taking us to the waterfall, it was tiny and very disappointing, the worst waterfall I have seen.
We then went to the monkey temple and we’re only given 20 minutes, we were rushed at the monkey temple and did not get chance to even view it properly.
We then got back into our vehicle which was not crammed with a couples suitcases that they had decided to bring along so they could be dropped at the airport, we then began another three hour drive to our hotel, during this time we stopped so that another couple could go into their hotel and pack their suitcases whilst we waited in the hot car and they then got the driver to take and move them to another hotel!
We eventually arrived back around 8pm absolutely exhausted after spending 6 hours in a vehicle and about 3 hours just sat around doing nothing!
The activities were poor, the communication was terrible and I would not recommend this to anyone!
I have tried to request a refund through viator who have also not been very helpful with regards to this and I will never book through them again or this company.
(I do not usually complain about anything, but please do not waste your time or money on this trip, we were so gutted and disappointed)
