- After the service is booked, you can ask for a travel consultant for free of charge to provide non-bias local tips and activities, things to do, local restaurants, and famous local markets
- The English proficiency of drivers is varied; you can be guaranteed a good English-speaking driver if the booking is made at least 3 days in advance
- Pick-up and drop-off at Phuket International Airport or Phuket Cruise Port are available for an additional charge of THB 500 if booked in advance or THB 1,000 if requested on the spot. Payment must be made in cash directly to the local operator.

Our driver Dul, arrived early and was very courteous and friendly and drove a luxurious SUV. We told him what we wanted to see and he did the itinerary accordingly. We had lunch at a lovely restaurant with a great view.

Great private tour in an air conditioned car . Many places visited that we chose . Lovely place for a gorgeous Thai meal with amazing views . Didn’t feel rushed . Back to port in time also .

This is an excellent option for a private shore excursion focused on what your interests. We provided an itinerary of temples, look out points, Chinatown, swim at accessible clean beach and lunch. Azirat was our driver—he was professional, cheerful, spoke English and gave us an excellent commentary about the sites, and Phuket….much more than we ever expected. He also gave us options…as we wanted an accessible beach, he helped us select one as well as 3 options for a restaurant This is a delightful and efficient way to focus on areas that you are interested in. At no time did he push an activity or location that we were not focused on because we are not factory or souvenir tourists. It really helps if you know what your interests are so the trip can be organized before your meeting.

We chose to have a tour with just a driver without a guide as I had been to Phuket before and wanted to show my friends around. Aras our driver was on time to pick us up and he was so friendly and professional. The vehicle was modern, comfortable and kept clean and tidy like new. I would thoroughly recommend this tour for those who don't need a tour guide.

Although our driver and the car were fantastic - the communication between us, the operator and the driver were poor. The driver was close to 45mins late and after several calls to the operator we finally received an answer about when the driver would arrive.
Due to the fact that you had to ask in advance about being dropped off to the airport which would incur a fee, paid in cash to the driver - we asked the operator if they could wave the fee due to the driver being late. They said yes (over the phone) but failed to inform the driver.
We were then left with the driver asking us for cash at the airport and informing us if we did not pay, he would have to pay the operator out of his own pocket. When I tried to call the operator again to clarify, they would not pick up.
I would recommend booking if you don't have anywhere to be (i.e. a flight)

We booked a van for the day, and the driver was quite helpful in arranging an itinerary around the island. We specified the sites we were interested in, and the driver determined the order. We got picked up at the hotel, went around Phuket in a loop, and got dropped off at the hotel. Super convenient.

Our driver Suaradech Wannapho was amazing, fantastic driver and nothing was a bother at all, I gave him a list of places we wanted to see for the 8 hour day and he took us to all of them in his comfortable air conditioned van, fantastic well recomend him as a driver. He didnt talk much but that was okay.

Big budda is closed but you can still walk around the site for the view plenty to see around the rest of the island

This was a perfect choice for us (6 persons). We were on a cruise and did not want to do the “herd the cattle” tours the cruise lines were selling. This is a private vehicle with a driver who spoke decent English. If you need a tour guide to explain everything to you and tell you where to go, this is not for you. Our driver Ras, met us promptly at Patong Pier, Phuket, Thailand. They have a list of places to see. Told Ras where we want to go, and left it up to him to figure the best order to go to. Requested a lunch recommendation with two requirements: seafood and air conditioning. During one of the stops he made reservations for us at this awesome restaurant by the beach. It was delicious and very comfortable due to AC. Ras is wonderful and a SUPER CAREFUL driver. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Saved $200 by not joining cruise line’s tours and we were back on the ship in plenty of time because we chose a 6 hour service duration. The van was very comfortable, strong AC and had plenty of room!!!

Do not book this experience as the driver could not understand any english at all but was ment to be a english speaking driver the condition of the van was ok the driving was reckless and dangerous we paid for 8 hours and dropped us off after 5 hours and barely got to see half of wat we wanted to see and paid for

Driver was late arriving. I had to contact Viator and when the driver turned up, got the feeling he had only just been made aware of the job. He had no suggested itinerary. Luckily, as this was not my first time in Phuket, I was able to give some suggestions. Would have been difficult for first timers to know where to visit and how the time frame would work

Our driver, Dol, was great! Super nice, joyful, generous! He showed us best restaurants, beautiful beaches and amazing viewpoints. He even got some fried chicken for us to try, best in Phuket! Had water for us, napkins, cough medicine lol, he came prepared! It was a very enjoyable day, highly recommend!

Bus arrived on time, clean, efficient. Priced well. Driver spoke decent English and was very polite and was genuinely interested in helping us enjoy our excursion.
We asked to stop at a few points of interest not listed in the suggested itinerary and he had no issues with that.

Azi was waiting for us when we got to the lobby of the hotel, introduced himself and walked us to his beautiful/spacious van. He brought plenty of water to keep us hydrated during our 6 hour ride. We discussed what we wanted to do, we asked for his thoughts and he provided some great suggestions. The restaurant he chose for our dinner was absolutely perfect. Loved the conversation in the van.
