Lieber Peter, Sie hatten uns gebeten, Ihnen die Abholzeit per E-Mail und WhatsApp zu senden – und das haben wir selbstverständlich getan. Wir können Ihre Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen, da während der gesamten Reise der Transfer vom und zum Hotel pünktlich war, ein englischsprachiger Reiseleiter zur Verfügung stand, ein Mittagsbuffet angeboten wurde, Kanufahren möglich war und der Transfer mit einem komfortablen großen Boot erfolgte. Die Tour war gut organisiert. Wir verstehen daher Ihre Beschwerde nicht, zumal wir immer bemüht sind, schnell und zuverlässig auf die Wünsche und Anliegen unserer Kunden einzugehen. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie die Reise nicht genießen konnten, und wir wünschen Ihnen für zukünftige Erlebnisse nur das Beste. -------------------------------- Dear Peter, You requested that we send the pickup time via both email and WhatsApp – and we did exactly that. We must respectfully disagree with your review, as the tour included a timely round-trip hotel transfer, an English-speaking guide, buffet lunch, canoeing, and a comfortable big boat transfer. Everything was well organized. Therefore, we’re unsure what the basis of your complaint is, especially as we always do our best to respond promptly and professionally to all customer requests. We’re sorry that you didn’t enjoy this trip and wish you only the best for your future travel experiences.
