We felt there should be more information given on the website when you purchase the pkg. No mention of the zipline, no mention that there is a 20 bhat entry fee (refundable after with ticket proof, so keep them) for the Muslim cave and that women require covered shoulders and knees. When we arrived at the water rafting location, there was a lot of confusion and a woman yelling a lot who was the instructor for safety measures. We waited about 30 minutes after we were directed to get helmets and life jackets, while more people arrived and more yelling ensued. 😑 the lunch that's provided was amazing as well as our rafting guides who kept us safe and made sure we had fun. Water shoes are not mandatory but highly recommended. Otherwise you have to remove your shoes. All in all, we would say there is good value for the money and would recommend this tour. The waterfalls was beautiful but there is a walk up the side of the falls to reach them.

Long transfer and too much waiting.

The rafting itself was amazing fun but the transfer from the hotel in Phuket was around 3 hours. We then waited around for a long time and the zip wire was disappointing. Half the group booked the ATV your and we were told to sit and wait until they finished which was nearly 2 hours. The tour guide was also inappropriate and made us quite uncomfortable. There was no jungle tour of 5km and we were told the temple was rearranged. Really disappointing considering the rafting itself was a great experience and well organised
