Paid $100 more than I...

Paid $100 more than I should have for the experience. No Cottesloe Beach. No wine or beer tasting. Driver was good but his companion took the best seat on the bus and a lot of confusion over what I had paid for versus what they thought they were providing. Overall quite disappointed although would have been happy if I had paid a lot less than the $230 I forked out.

Gday Susan, thanks for your review and noted comments. On this tour there is no beer or wine tasting. We think you are confused with another tour. Do not know what confusion would be as tour coach captains do know tour they are operating. We feel you are confusing the tour with someone elses tour. Even price you mention is incorrect and we sincerly hope you are not commenting for some other companies tour here. Normally we have only one Tour guide and driver not a companion with him. Hope you have a great day ahead

Late start due to traffic problems was followed by a driver/guide who, apart from being hard of hearing, seemed to be a little unsure of what he should be showing us and how to get to it. We heard a lot about his upbringing and was taken to his fathers house, and heard at length the trials and tribulations of the hospitals. Trying to find the "tree walk" at Kings Park and parking to let us of was quite a problem. When we reached Freemantle he asked if we would like to board an earlier ferry which was leaving immediately. We said yes, but we did not get our wine and beer tasting. (we should have been told about missing this if we took the earlier ferry. Also, every other tour we took in Perth we were picked up from and returned to our hotel at the end of the tour, so we were most disappointed that we were left at the ferry terminal with quite a walk back the the hotel. All in all a less than average tour.

Thanks a lot for your review time and appreciate yr frank output so we can improve our services. Sadly due to modernizing in and around city there are traffic issues at times, so sorry we picked you all up late. A lot of people like to know of local history and peoples lifestyles etc, but then everyones choices are different.Hope you enjoyed the ferry ride also. Most people like to stay back at Elizabeth quay and enjoy the evening and then return back to hotel later, Which is why this tour choise of ending tour issuch.Most of our tours drop off people to their accomodation. All this is also mentioned on web andbrochure clearly also.Hope you have a great day
