Jinni was a wonderful and accommodating host! There was 2 couples there, so definitely a small setting. You get to experience the hospitality part when you first get there as she makes you one of her favorite dishes and you chat with one another. Then, she starts the learning process and teaches you how to make the dumplings. Then, you get walked through the process of making them, and then the best part, you eat!! We also each got to take home a few leftovers that we didn't eat.

This is a fun and informative experience right in Pa. Jinni was welcoming, warm and engaging. She even made us appetizers which were very tasty. Her teaching style was encouraging and gave us confidence. We're very happy we took this class and look forward to making authentic dumplings at home for friends and family. We hope she provides more classes in the future with additional dishes from her culture so that we can come back and learn even more!

Jinni makes you feel like you are part of her family through her stories and sharing her love of all things food. She was so gracious and kind as she created such a memorable experience for our families. She had us laughing quite a bit and hugging each other at the end as we said goodbye.
