Go rafting on the Lower Yough for a thrilling outdoors experience in Ohiopyle. Located about one hour south of Pittsburgh, Ohiopyle State Park is home to the Youghiogheny River, which has class 2-4 rapids on this 7.5-mile (12-km) trip. Your guide shares instruction on paddling and provides all the necessary gear.

I had the most incredible time during my first white water river rafting adventure with White Water Adventures, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. The trip was truly awesome, and our guide, Heather, impressed us with her extensive knowledge and experience. She expertly managed our group of amateurs, making sure we were well-informed about the rafting process and even shared interesting facts about the river and the history of rafting in the Lower Yough. It was an unforgettable experience that I'd love to do again!!

Whitewater rafting is so much fun! This was only my second time. My first time was The new river in West Virginia, which set the bar very high! The lower yough river was also impressive. They said that with all the rain they recently got it made it for a better experience. Leo was our guide and he was very familiar with the river. I would definitely want him for our guide again.

Great time! Our guide/DJ Matt was our man! He kept us in the boat with perfect directions to have fun on the water instead of in it. Take your teens on this trip for the perfect screen free outing.
