From Tenby, drive past Lydstep Holiday Park into Lydstep and turn left 75m after the Lydstep Tavern. Head down the bumpy lane for about 500m and turn right at the blue ‘parking’ sign after the cottage. From the Manorbier direction, turn right 170m after entering the village.

We had an absolutely amazing time coasteering! From start to finish, the experience was so well organised and professional. The instructors gave really clear safety instructions and made sure everyone felt confident before we got started. The equipment was top quality and we felt completely safe the whole time.
The best part was how inclusive the session felt — there was no pressure to do anything you weren’t comfortable with, but plenty of encouragement if you wanted to push yourself a bit. Jumping into the sea from different heights was such a thrill, and swimming through a cave was an unforgettable experience!
I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, adventurous day out in a stunning setting.
