If swimming in waterfalls and sliding down a huge rock is what you are looking for, then this is exactly what you need to book.
On a very hot day, this is a splendid activity, otherwise, it will be cold.
The alambic tour and the visit to the old fort are fun also.

Many agencies operate jeep tours with similar itineraries in Paraty, and definitely Paraty Tours is a good choice. They can easily cater to non-Portuguese speakers like me without keeping us apart from the others (which for me is preferable so you can still interact with some local tourists) and they are well-staffed, with guides who are friendly, helpful and always are mindful of your safety. They also don't squeeze too many people into each jeep, which allows for more space + more opportunity to get to know everyone in your vehicle. The tour was also well paced, with just the right amount of time given at each stop (including lunch), especially if you want to swim at each of the waterfalls where it's allowed. As they make clear in their publicity, the tour is not meant for those with limited mobility / fitness due to the walking / hiking involved, but it is still very manageable. The itinerary is very waterfall-heavy though, so if you don't have hiking + swimming / viewing multiple waterfalls in mind, you may want to choose another tour.
On the whole, Paraty Tours is a very reliable agency and I'd highly recommend them - shout out too to Rosa (?) who was very friendly and helpful in managing my booking for my airport transfer to Guarulhos Airport.

Foi muito bom mesmo! O guia era super carismático e explicava muito bem a história e os processos do alambique. Foi encantador. O almoço foi num lugar mt bom também e a degustação de cachaça nos fez querer levar todas hahahaha... As cachoeiras eram muito boas também, só que as 2 últimas não conseguimos aproveitar por causa da chuva, uma pena, mas apesar disso foi muito legal mesmo assim. Um ponto de melhoria seria dar boias para quem não sabe nadas ter a oportunidade de participar das atividades também, como escorregar no tobogã natural
