GOOD
- Boat was really nice
- Staff was friendly and welcoming
- We had a chill time
- Cheap for the base price

- Title is wrong, tubas was not included
- Beach stops are really short (20mn each) and wildlife was non existant
- We felt like we were only here to consume their expensive drinks and food (we could not bring ours)
- Food wasn't great, we couldn't finish our plates

We had a lovely time paddling across the open water, with a stop on the way to check out the view from a pier, then on to the mangroves to cruise along looking for red, black & the large yellow crabs. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Remember to take mosquito repellent for the midges in the mangroves.
We finished and shared a beer or two on the beach which caped off the day nicely.

The tour was really nice, we stopped at two beaches and a snorkeling spot. It's beautiful out there. I will say - you don't really have a ton of time at each, really just to get out and relax for a little while and take photos for social media and whatnot. Probably would have preferred to just do one beach and the snorkeling area and have more time. Lunch was really good, but it's served on the boat so you have to eat on your lap unless you get one of the few tables.
The boat was nice, though there were others that seemed a bit more lively and tad less crowded, and some even had slides into the water. I would recommend the experience but look into other providers as there are a TON along the pier in Paraty

We appreciate your feedback but it is necessary to make some clarifications: we have 5 different boats, each one with a different structure, environment and services.
We have traditional boats with more value in mind, such as the one you hired because it is the cheapest ticket, as well as boats that have a large restaurant on board, kayak service, stand-up, floating mat, slide and other collective entertainment resources.
Regarding the stops, we remind you that you paid for a regular departure service shared with other passengers, for which the stops are standard and last as established by the city authorities, of course, if you hired a PRIVATE boat you could enjoy a personalized circuit staying on the beaches you want for the time you consider necessary.
Another detail to highlight is that our company has all the qualifications and regulations required by all municipal and state authorities, as well as insurance for all our passengers, as is not the case in all ships.

Crew is kind but in insufficient quantity to meet everyone, ordering system is manual and causes delays and confusion. Stop time on the beaches very short, it would be better just two stops because there are many boats where they go and all stop near the sand. Loud music in the boat interferes with interaction. A client moved his arm, did not speak Portuguese and did not receive priority care or support from the crew.

Foi uma experiência incrível a bordo da Netuno 1, a tripulação é toda muito atenciosa, com profissionais capacitados pra atender em diversos idiomas. As paradas tem vistas incríveis das ilhas e das praias, dispõe de macarrão de flutuação pra quem não sabe nadar, pranchas de stand up, tapetes de flutuação, óculos com snorkel, tem a opção de almoço a bordo feita pelo chef Lucas e a comida é muito saborosa.
O fotógrafo Ricardo é muito antecioso e tira diversas fotos durante o trajeto e ao final você tem a opção de comprar ou não as fotos, mais pelo preço que o mesmo cobra e pela qualidade das fotos eu recomendo muito a compra.
Infim foi um passeio incrível em todos os aspectos!

Foi ótimo o passeio, o conforto, a segurança e tals, porém com alguns pontos a melhorar.
AO COMPRAR, NÃO PEGUE COM ALMOÇO NO PACOTE, COMPRE NA HORA, porque eu e meu namorado pagamos 80 reais a mais cada um para chegar na hora e ver que os pratos custavam no máximo 60 reais, ou seja, saímos perdendo muito de bobeira

Tous d abord si vous voulez voir des poissons c est pas la bonne excursion et ce n est pas du tout leur problème,. La seule chose qui les intéresse c'est de vous faire consommer sur bateau avec un plateau sur les genoux, c est juste des restaurateurs,
On vous débarque sur une plage au milieu d une flotte de bateaux du même type et évidemment vider de tous restaurants et bar au cas ou nous voudrions consommer ailleurs que dur le bateau

Pour apporter votre propre nourriture et boissons, vous devrez louer un service privé, pas un service régulier partagé avec d'autres passagers.
Pour vous faciliter la tâche, nous avons à bord un bar complet et un restaurant pour que vous puissiez consommer tout ce dont vous avez besoin, en plus de vous offrir des fruits tropicaux et du café gratuitement à la fin de la visite, sans frais supplémentaires.
Nous espérons que vous savez comprendre et nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt à Paraty et changer cette impression négative.
