We booked this tour at the last minute, about 15 hours prior. Albert was very responsive and asked clarifying questions to ensure our experience exceeded our expectations. We had some non-typical requests and Albert was able to accommodate them. His vehicle was immaculately maintained. The water and snacks were a nice touch. He was prompt in meeting us and ensured we made it to the destination on-time. We toured with him on a day when the local streets were blocked off for the Carnival parade and he was able to efficiently get us to our destination right next to the parade route. We highly recommend Albert and will book with him the next time we are in Aruba.

Albert was very friendly. He made mine and my fiancés trip wonderful. We got to know Albert personally during our stay in Aruba. We expressed our interests and he did a fantastic job creating an itinerary. He arrived on time and got us to our destination safely. We recommended him to a few other couples. Private transfer from Aruba airport was great. Driver was right outside when I left customs area with my name. Drive to my hotel was smooth and uneventful.

Quick communicative text messaging and mobile contact by Albert for our private shuttle service at the Aurba airport. Delson, our private shuttle driver, was very informative and polite as he drove us from the airport to the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort. No waiting in line for taxi services or bus service. Price was reasonable and the best value for private shuttle service. And, the price was close to what it would cost for a taxi. I would highly recommend Island Luxe Tours to any person needing airport shuttle service!

WONDERFUL! Thanks to Island Luxe, we were liberated from the long lines and visits we had no interest in as part of a cruise excursion. We booked a ride to and from Fontein Cave, and our driver offered to stop anywhere we wanted to stop. Darson (sp?) was the absolute BEST!

We arrived in Aruba on a cruise ship. I wanted my mother and her friend to see the island. We’ve come so far not to see Aruba. All the way from Ohio. So I booked what I thought was a car tour which turned out to be a pick up service. But after talking to Albert about his service he knew exactly what I was looking for and was very accommodating. Albert and James met us just outside the security gate, he was polite and opening doors. Albert and James took my mother and her friend on, what I thought would be an hour or two, a three hour tour of Aruba. Mom and Sherri had the best time. I don’t think Albert was finished showing them around. Even offered to take them to dinner. If my wife and I hadn’t scheduled a tour afterwards I think Albert would have kept them for the rest of the day. I can’t say enough good and positive things about Albert and James service. If you want an excellent tour of Aruba without the hassle at the gate. You need to take this tour and contact Albert. My mom is looking forward to her next trip to Aruba. When we do, we’re connecting Albert.
