We had an amazing UTV tour in Aruba! Our guide Pancho was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun. He took us all over the island, including hidden spots where the locals go, not just the usual tourist stops. We got to see a side of Aruba most visitors never do. The ride itself was a blast, and the scenery was beautiful from start to finish. Highly recommend this tour and definitely ask for Pancho — he made the whole experience unforgettable! We had an amazing experience with Pancho! He guided us through the island and showed us great historical spots and great places to stop and enjoy nature and a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea ! The ATV ride was great for all skill levels. Would definitely recommend!

Our tour guide guy was very informative. I was the only girl in the group and was a bit scared at first yet he had me drive behind him and gave me the best tips and guided me thru the adventure., I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guy. Very smart and knowledgeable guy

This excursions is worth every cent. Our guide Pancho was the best. We toured the whole island. He allowed enough time to snap pics and breeze thru other stops that didn't peek our interest so we were able to really enjoy our full atv'ing day. There was trails for newbies and trails for the excitement riders as well. Our tour guide was perfect. He understood that we were a group of ladies and that he needed to "pump us up" for the more challenging trails. One or two times my face would read "Oh Heck no im not driving up that mountain", and Pancho would see my reserve and give me the pep talk to push past my hesitation and to DOMINATE THE MACHINE and bring out my inner warrior and I really appreciated him for that. I would have hated to miss out on a section of my tour just because I was in my own head. This company is the best and Im a eagle forever now.

This could have been a pleasant tour, but unfortunately, the tour guide gave the impression they would have preferred to be somewhere else. The tour guide never offered to take any photos and didn't even offer water unless it was specifically requested.

This excursion was not for the faint at heart. We road through the streets with traffic and off-road for a real rugged experience! Our tour guides were amazing and made sure we were safe at all times. Worth every penny!!

We were picked and brought to the facility for our quick safety briefing. We were off on our spectacular tour in no time. Pancho is the absolute best!!!He took us to the most beautiful places on the island! This was our first time on ATVs and now I want one personally!!

This excursion was absolutely amazing and the highlight of our trip to Aruba! Our tour guide, Nahim (apologies if I’ve misspelled his name), was fantastic. He struck the perfect balance between being knowledgeable and fun, offering what I’d call pure “edutainment.” The tour was well-organized, the routes were exciting, and the sights were breathtaking. Nahim’s enthusiasm and expertise made the experience both safe and unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this adventure to anyone looking to explore Aruba in a unique and thrilling way. A must-do!

Pancho was our guide and he was amazing!! Very friendly, supplied with water, and highly knowledgeable about the island!
The UTV’s were in fantastic shape and the experience was once in a lifetime! Pancho guided us to the best spots around the island and made us laugh at each stop.

We lucked out and my daughter and I got to go just us. It was the most incredible atv experience I ever had and I did this one before and Mexico. Kini kini as always was on time, took us quickly for waivers and safety instructions and off we went. Hit all the stops including the lighthouse and then went on the rough terrain. It was so much fun and my daughter who usually doesn’t respond to too much was actually excited about the experience. It really was the highlight of our trip. If you want to do atving you can’t go wrong with KiniKini.

The refusal to give a refund or even consider a partial refund. For a changr on vehicles that were not an option when booking. Day prior,m to trip ,vehicles were shown as available. Provided the chage of vehicles [two participants were nit drivers] but would not reimburse for ecen a partial refund. $110.00 BONUS . I do hope they gave the guides Hyjeem and Ponco apart ot that $110.00 Bonus as they were great. Energetic and very attentive.
You advertised a full refund within 24 hours there's nothing that says a partial couldn't be considered. We speaking. with Viator representative, they informed me to contact the company. No consideration at all.

When you booked through the third party website, different vehicle choices were available as a separate product, and the vehicle selection was made by you at that time. We understand that you were looking to change your vehicle selection; however, any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as per our policy stated at booking.
Regarding the availability of vehicles the day prior to the trip, the selection on the booking site accurately reflects available options at the time of booking. We strive to maintain transparency and consistency in our policies, which is why we are unable to provide refunds or partial refunds for last-minute changes in the vehicle selection.
