Very good, friendly, knowledgeable guide, great tour! We enjoyed seeing all of the sights on the tour, and really enjoyed our guide's stories.

The Butterfly Farm is gorgeous, but not enough time there to shop. California lighthouse area was nice. Tour at Aloe Factory was much too crowded. We. couldn't see what she was explaining and also it was lunchtime so no one was working the area she described. Rock formation stop had a nice little gift shop and snack bar witha great place to sit and relax. The Natural bridge with the snack was great. Nice restrooms (for $1) and nice gift shop. all in all an OK tour. Tour guide was good . Some areas the bus was just to big to navigate. Our biggest complaint was that we were next to last to be picked up and VERY last to be let off. This extended the time by at least 45 minutes. I felt I had read 4 hour tour...we were gone almost 6 hours.

Meetup time was unclear. There was no communication about time, so when we arrived at time of tour we were told we missed pickup and forfeited the tour. Somehow, the first stop was walkable and we met up with group. Guide was not friendly at first. Tour was ok after that.

Even if the email states your tickets are enclosed, open the email and SCAN YOUR "TICKETS" AT A VOUCHER REDEMPTION CENTER! we were under the impression that the codes were our tickets since the email title stated they were tickets. Apparently it's vouchers not the tickets. Because of this, we were not picked up and the representative was very condescending when we asked for a refund due to this mix up. Will not use viator again any time soon.

Donald, our tour guide was informative and fun. He was attentive to everyone.. I like that it was 4 hours, which from start to finish was about 5 and cover most of aruba highlights. Met some awesome people on this tour too.

It was a great comprehensive tour of the history of Aruba. We got a couple bonus site seeing spots and really enjoyed the guide. The bonus pastechi snack at the natural bridge was a tasty treat! Recommend for everyone.

Our tour guide Mr. “Z” was very knowledgeable about the island and made the sightseeing trip fun for all. He also went out of his way to return my cell phone which I had accidentally left behind on the bus. Mr. Z drove back to my hotel after he was done for the day with my phone in hand. Not many people would do this for someone they don’t know. I am so appreciative of your kindness!! This was above and beyond his duties as a tour guide. Thank you Mr. Z!!!

We were escorted and entertained by the wonderful, knowledgeable and hysterical Earleson Bus #12 The best trip ever and he really meant we were “his family”.There were some very nasty people on our tour but to keep us all feeling comfortable Earleson took great care of the situation. My husband and I were in the front seat on bus and we had such great conversation with Earleson that if I return to Aruba and any type of tour I would ask if he could. Be our guide. The pickup went smoothly, but you have to make sure that you are at your pickup point 5 minutes before your pickup time, the driver doesn’t wait.
We had a big group on our bus (46 people) with different interests. So, while we were told that we will have 45 - 50 minutes in the butterfly farm, after 35 minutes we were told that the bus is leaving, we had no time for the store or the restrooms, because I guess other people were not interested in the place.
The other stops were much shorter and the bus ride to the natural bridge was very bumpy, so if you get carsick, maybe skip this excursion (somebody got sick on our bus).
The guide, Early Sun, was very friendly and knowledgeable. So, overall it was a pretty good experience, but if you don’t mind driving, rent a car and spend whatever time you want at each place.

Could not find the tour. Waited at pier terminal but no one was there. Waked outside pier terminal but again no one there. Asked several tour operators but they could not tell me anything. Went walking on my own.

The Tour was informative and great for seeing sights without a car. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating, is because we believed we were all set for pickup at our hotel, and they left without us. I received a text saying I was all set, with a barcode. Apparently, even though we were at the lobby at9:35, for a 10 am tour start time, we should have been looking at emails to see that we were being picked up at 9:25! At one point I saw a bus, and got off the line to buy coffee to check it wasn’t my tour bus. It was a different company doing the same tour. I later spoke to the family who also didn’t realize they had to be checking for a time via emails, and THEY had their company come back for them. WE on the other hand was told we could pay for a taxi to meet up with the group at the first stop, or reschedule for the day we were leaving and couldn’t do. We had to pay of course to meet them, and didn’t miss too much. After that the tour was great.

Thank goodness for Stanley and Johan!! When there was a mixup in the redemption spots, Stanley offered to pick us up and drop us off at the first stop. Without the coordination between bus operators we would have lost $100 over a fairly simple situation.

Very convenient. The air conditioned bus picked us up at our hotel. The bus was clean and comfortable. Bus driver was friendly with a good sense of humor. We saw 5 sites (Lighthouse, Butterfly garden, Rock Garden, Aloe Museum, Natural Bridge) in a few hours and that was all we really needed. Some stops were 15 minutes, others longer, but just right. Good trip for those with limited mobility.

We did our tour in Sept12,23!! With Lewis on Bus #17. Best tour we have ever experienced! Not only was he knowledgeable but funny also! The tour and experience was great! We visited must-see places in Aruba in a half-day tour. Super efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was an issue with our pick up and we ended up taking a taxi to meet the group at the first stop. PLEASE ensure your hotel ensures the pick up location is confirmed.
