Museum was absolutely amazing more than I expected. Well worth the trip from Dundee. Only thing I would say is wear a cosy coat and gloves as it’s freezing.

The conditions prisoners lived in then to now. No wonder prisoners re offend as they have warmth, food and Luxuries or tv’s and PlayStation.

The whole atmosphere and the way the prison has been preserved is so good. The stories are of actual events. The cafe is very good now a huge improvement on what it was. Well worth a visit
