We booked for both arrival and departure and everything was perfect. Lovely vehicle, very spacious and importantly good aircon! Driver on time and easy to find (holding a sign in arrivals). Also just short walk to the vehicle. Smooth ride with no car sickness so really everything you would expect from an airport tranfer. Thank you.

Be careful when booking transfers with Viator and their subcontractors

Be careful when booking that it is not a bait-and-switch. I explained clearly on the phone with a Viator rep what our destination was. I gave the name of the hotel and the town and asked if Viator needed the hotel’s address. Viator assured me they had the address and that we were getting a minibus for our transfer of 8 persons. The name of the hotel and the minibus were confirmed in the written confirmation and we prepaid. Yet when we arrived to our destination, we had a 7-8 passenger van and we were charged 1.5 times additional to what was already paid. The local tour operator’s (Trust Tours in Nice, France) reason was because they didn’t know our final destination was out of town and more than 15-20 minutes away. I paid it so as to not ruin the start of a wonderful vacation. I will not use these companies for transfers again.

Hello dear, it was never our fault, as we explained to you via message that you ordered a different product than your destination. You chose the Nice airport to Nice transfer, except that your destination was Beausoleil. The product for your destination does indeed exist on our platform, but you chose the cheapest option. That's why we charged you the difference between the booked transfer and the actual destination. It was our right. We notified you before the transfer began and gave you the choice between paying the difference or canceling, and you agreed to pay the difference. You requested a minibus, and we provided you with a spacious minibus with a trunk that could accommodate twice your luggage and more (you were very comfortably seated despite there being 8 of you).

On time pickup. Very nice driver. Spacious and clean van. The driver came with a sign with my name on it and I didn’t have to wait at all after getting luggage from the baggage claim

The booking process was very easy. The pick up process was also easy, on-time, and uneventful. Exactly what I needed. However, the confirmation process with Trust Tour, the actual company that does the pick/drop off, was challenging. It may be just me, but I would have appreciated at least a confirmation of my pick up time and location. I had to hunt them down for a response. I called them and no response or call back. I had to start planning for a Plan B in case they didn’t show up. Finally, when I did get a hold of them, they mistakenly said my reservation was canceled. They rectified and finally confirmed my reservation. This caused unnecessary unease and confusion. I would have appreciated a more organized and streamlined process.

Great service with excellent communication. Upon arrival, my flight was delayed. Initially the car service re-scheduled the time for much later, however once I informed them that I couldn't wait that long and would have to cancel, they were willing to make some adjustments and picked me up almost immediately. In addition, on my early departure, they were, again, communicative and picked me up a little before scheduled time.
