The experience was amazing. The workers were extremely helpful and friendly. The employee who rowed me to the location did a great job in helping me pose and the employee who operated the drone did a phenomenal job in capturing my angles. The pictures came out so beautiful.

this was a great experience. I loved the photos; however, I didn't receive my edited photos or the video back yet. They said they would send it by the end of the week, and I have not received it yet. If it wasn't for that, I would have given them 5 stars.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience, and it certainly wasn’t worth the $200 I paid. I arrived at 12:47pm for my 1:00pm scheduled shoot. I did have some trouble finding the booth, but thankfully, some locals on the beach helped me locate it. The photoshoot started about 30 minutes late, and there was very little direction given during the session. Communication regarding posing, smiling, and repositioning was poor, which made the experience frustrating. The experience includes 8 edited photos. The edited photos I received were absolutely horrible. The edits were poorly done, giving the photos a cheap, unprofessional look. I ended up requesting to have the unedited photos sent to me just to fix them myself, which they did send me. The fact that I had to edit them myself says a lot about this experience. Additionally, the resolution of the photos was awful, and my face was blurry in some of them. In addition to the 8 edited photos, the experience also included a video. They sent the video via email, and it was even worse. It wasn’t edited at all, and most of the footage was just me laying on the clear kayak being pulled across the water—no poses or variety. When I originally saw the video right after the shoot finished, it was about 70 seconds long. I watched it and I showed them exactly what part of the video to edit, but they completely disregarded my request. I responded to the email expressing my frustration and I requested to have the entire 70 second video sent to me so I could edit it as well, but they did not respond. Another thing to note is that the original $200 payment includes 8 edited photos and a video. What they don’t tell you is that after the shoot, they offer to send 30 ADDITIONAL unedited photos if you leave a 5-star review on TripAdvisor. They literally watched me submit the review in-person, and I was required to leave feedback as well on the review. After discovering that they are essentially forcing people to leave a 5-star review to receive extra photos, it became clear why they have so many 5-star reviews for what was, in reality, a 2-star experience. If I had known this, I would have never booked with this company because most (if not all) of their 5-star reviews are essentially fake and forced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them and will not be booking with this company ever again.

This photo shoot was nothing short of amazing. Isaiah & team are very professional. The pictures are beautiful. Everyone loves them. The water was so blue & the scenery was unmatched.
