When arriving to the Louis Armstrong International Airport meet the driver outside on the 1st level Curbside at Door 11 (Please do not go to the Uber/Lyft Area). The vehicle will make contact via phone or text upon arrival. Please make sure your contact information is up to date. Please have voucher ready. If the plane is delayed more than 30 minutes the reservation can be cancelled.
