Well we never end up going as we booked online for our excursion. The day of the booking, I contacted the driver tog et details for pick up and they wanted me to pay them cash when I had already paid. They insisted I did not pay for a driver. I called customer Care and they stated a driver was already paid and not pay the driver. Customer Care was great. But the driver refused to pick us up without paying more money. Customer Care took a bit of time and had to confirm with the driver even thought I had the text messages. So It took a few days to get my refund.

If you stay in Montego Bay and book a package where pick up is done in negril as stated do you really think you're going to pay $20 to get picked up from Montego Bay drive two hours waited on and then brought back to Montego Bay I Think Not!!!

I confirmed the pick up time and was told 4 PM. The day of the excursion no one ever came to pick us up. I called at 4:20 and was hung up on. When I called back, they responded as if they had no idea I had this booked. Asking me where I was waiting to be picked up at? Then telling me the car was on the way. I waited 10 more minutes and the car never arrived. I called back and canceled and was promptly refunded my money
