We requested for the router to be picked up at our hotel but it was never delivered . We could not contact anyone to have it delivered at the hotel yet you sent a text to write a review?

When we arrived at the airport and arrived at their counter, our wofi router was already packed at ready for pickup. Setup is also very easy. The power bank is a plus. Thank you.
