The meeting time with the guide depends on the location of the client’s hotel. Please confirm the meeting time with us. Please note that our pick-up service is available mainly for hotels located within a 10-minute walk of a station. If you are unsure whether your hotel meets this requirement, please feel free to contact us. For hotels outside this area, we can arrange an alternative pick-up location. Guests who wish to use a taxi instead of public transportation will be required to pay an additional fee.
