Please note that the departure time shown on your tour is the VESSEL DEPARTURE TIME FROM PORT DEANRAU, NOT YOUR COACH PICK UP TIME. If you require a hotel pick up, please select your hotel from the list of pick-up points in your booking process. All coach transfers must be pre-booked with our reservations office at least the day before your tour. The coach pickups commence approximately 75minutes before the vessel departs from Port Denarau. Please check with our reservations team for your coach pickup time or refer to the South Sea Cruises coach timetable on our website for more info.

A big part of this for me was to snorkel which they decided the waves were too rough for us to out. But oddly enough they let the first group go out, when you pay this much money and get only half of the experience it’s not good. I do understand they are looking out for the group. But we basically sat there for over 2 hours.

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the snorkeling activity. We understand how important this part of the day was for you, and we regret the disappointment caused when conditions affected your opportunity to participate fully.
For safety reasons, water-based activities such as snorkeling are always assessed on the day based on prevailing sea and weather conditions. These decisions are made by our crew with guest safety as the highest priority. On occasions where conditions are variable, activity timing or group rotations may be adjusted to ensure safe participation where possible. However, we sincerely regret if this was not clearly communicated during your visit or if it resulted in a feeling of unequal opportunity between groups.

This is a great cultural experience - to learn about Fijian customs and traditions. Visitors will experience welcome ritual, drinking kava, singing, dancing and cooking. The cave setting for this visit is unique.

Beautiful island. Need to be physically capable to transfer from catamaran to small boat to get to island . The workers on small boat were very helpful . The Fijians on the island were extremely friendly and hospitable . A fun day .
