The experience was great; being on a hot air balloon and watching the sunrise in the desert is magical. Our pilot, Mateo, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Whole experience went very smoothly from initial communication to pick up and return to our camp! All stuff was very friendly and professional and pilot seemed very experienced!
