Great views, beautiful water

It’s a bit of a drive to Lake Chala, but worth it. Lake Chala is beautiful, and has some good, easy hikes around it. We did a hike one way to the top of one part of a crater where you can step into Kenya and back into Tanzania, which was cool. The we did a hike below to the water table where you can admire the views, kayak, or swim. If I had more time and brought swimming gear, I would have swam probably. Overall, great, easy tour I would recommend if you had half a day.
