This tour exceeded my expectations (and I've done several similar tours in other places). Scenery is gorgeous, that goes without saying. But the variety of what we were able to do was really what set us apart. Got a bit skittish in the beginning when the guide insisted we stay right behind him and never stray, but that turned out to be entirely a safety precaution as there are quite a few hazards in the lagoon, and he made the "follow behind" rule fun very quickly. What's more, after stopping to snorkel w/ turtles for a bit, he took us out one of the channels into the open ocean just outside the reef and relaxed the "follow me" rule. Significant swells out there and otherworldly scenery with the waves breaking just inside of us. Unforgettable. We then played a little while at Ha'apiti (famous surf break), before heading back and snorkeling w/ sharks and rays. Awesome guide, amazing tour. Highly recommended!

This was the best jet ski excursion that we've ever taken! So much fun! But I was advised that I wouldn't need my snorkel so I left it behind. Bad advice!! We stopped twice to snorkel and I didn't have mine!

Guide (Hotu) was great. Everything was wonderful until a storm rolled in and then it got hairy (probably should have skipped the last snorkel site to return before the storm). Amazing adventure.

The jet ski tour was super! We did the three hour tour with our family of four including two kids 10 & 11 yo. Mom had not driven a jet ski before and was aprhensivie, but our guide Tiki was helpful and within about 5 minutes of training we were on our way over crystal blue waters in Moorea like something out of a movie. We snorkleded near Coco Beach and another area where we were able to swim with reef sharks and rays. The sharks from what we read and heard are not dangerous in this area. Everyone agreed this was the highlight of our trip in Moorea. Things to know - we travelled in December the rainy season, so our trip was canceled the first try due to rain. We rescheduled and luckily got in before we left. The staff is very helpful and communicates promptly on WhatsApp. They provide masks, but bring snorkel if you have it, change of clothes and dry bag for phone. Rest you can keep at their launching area. Activities get booked quickly so try to plan your schedule soon in you vacation. if you are very risk averse you may prefer the boat ride instead of Jet Ski, though it was a very fun experience for us.

The driver drove way too fast for the ocean weather. We got up to 70 kph which is way to fast for tour. Would never use them again. Was way to dangerous for the speed.

Thank you for your feedback. Our guides adapt to the speed of the clients, so it's a shame that if it was going too fast, you didn't speak to him directly, as there are several stops, and it would have been simpler to tell him during the tour so that he could slow down.

I booked the 3 hour tour and so glad I did it was so much fun!! We stopped at a few places to snorkel which was cool
The water is so gorgeous 😀
I originally did the 1pm but then it was changed to the 9am one due to the weather and glad I did.
Wish it was sunny to see the colours of the sea better but overall amazing time
Could’ve continued going
Make sure your GoPro is fully charged as well!!!

After having paid in full, it was the day of our excursion. They met with us and informed us that it was windy and choppy. In short, in spite of losing all of their revenue from us, they explained that it was probably not worth it to go out. They then refunded ALL of our money.
These people have integrity. I was disappointed in our weather, but encouraged that there are still businesses that are committed to doing right by their customer.

Thrilling experience for sure! The tour company was amazing and rescheduled us the next day, when it became rainy and bad weather to go out. They were very accommodating and made the tour really interesting. We saw sea turtles, touched the rays and swam with sharks. 10/10. Thank you!

Fast fun and a great way to see the north coast of Moorea. This company is well organized with good guides and equipment.
We saw turtles, rays, sharks and porpoises during the tour.
The beautiful water color and color changes between shades of blue & turquoise are really amazing.

My daughter and I had such a fun time on the jet ski! The tour guide was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw turtles, manta rays and sharks. The jet ski was pretty powerful and we went really fast. We felt safe and had a lot of fun.

Very enjoyable and was lucky to see dolphins, black tip sharks and stingrays. Due to bad weather tour needed to be reduced by 1 hour, which they will provide a part refund for. Overall, my children had a great time and our guide was very patient and helpful.

The tour guide, after telling us that he would only ride at a maximum of 45km per hour, decided to go over 80 km per hour, almost stranding us while we rode near the island of Moorea. Furthermore, he tied our jetski to a buoy while 5 tiger sharks circled our Sea Doo. Needless to say, the guide's ill attitude towards us made us feel frustrated, especially after flying 19 hours and 27 minutes just to initiate this tour in Moorea.

First of all, thank you for this feedback.
I will start with the title and remind you that more than half of our customers are American and, regardless of nationality, we make no difference. we work in tourism and this is the basis of our profession.
For the speed on the jet ski I think there was a misunderstanding, the MINIMUM speed for driving a jet ski is 45km/h and not MAXIMUM.
To finish on the point of the 5 tiger sharks which circled around your jet ski attached to a buoy, I am not going to embark on a course on sharks in Polynesia but at that time your guide was in the water and they were just blackhead sharks which are totally harmless and anyone who inquires before visiting our islands knows this (just for information the big sharks are offshore and not in the lagoon).
Thank you again for this feedback but next time avoid talking nonsense when you give an opinion on someone.

The value here is incredible - you're genuinely out on the water for most of the experience, with a ton of time on the jet skis. The water is crystal clear, so we were able to see a family of rays and turtles. We then snorkled with three baby sharks and two big rays in a lovely sand bar. Strong recommend.

Great area to enjoy this event, our guide Kevin was awesome. Our guide took lots of pictures that are available on their Facebook page to download. I recommend this activity, safety is the number one item that impressed us.

We had 2 solo jet skis and our guide was Hotu. We started with a quick lesson, then jet skied for some time before stopping at a couple snorkelling spots. Hotu was very kind, fun and engaging. We felt safe yet and super thrilled at the same time. They provided us water bottles and a fun Tahitian Rum Punch after our excursion

We were on our honeymoon but rode separately to enjoy 100% of the activity. Driving the jet ski was easier than I thought, although it was really scary when we rode on higher waves :( And the ride was longer than expected(we expected more snorkeling than riding!), which was great and totally worth the money.

I had a blast on this jet ski tour. On this day it was just me and my tour guide Hotu. I had an excellent time going full boar on the jet ski. This is only my second time on a jet ski and wow is the acceleration intense! I would say the seat of the pants thrust when going full boar is at least twice that of my Dual Motor Model 3! It was so fun going full blast! After the jet ski was done we did quite a bit of snorkeling with the jet skis which was fun, although a bit difficult to hang on. Thanks to Hotu and the team at Moorea Activities Center for showing me yet another great time in Moorea!
