The entire team was professional and efficient. When the waves were not cooperating for my video they did two retakes for me to choose from! I highly recommend!

first off, i received zero communication. secondly, i arrived to my pick up spot just to be ghosted. i was at the pick up location at 1pm. i called and messages atleast 15 times before i got an answer and just being declined. he then answered and told me my booking was cancelled "due to weather" however i was sitting in montego bay, beautiful and sunny. he then told me i should of gotten an email through viator, i did not. i did not get communication by them either, and the guy told me he wasn't even in JA. and then he told me they actually don't offer this in montego bay, which is weird because it is advertised that way. also the hours are until 1pm, but they let me book for 1pm? either way. would not recommend do not book this

My experience was fun and my photographer Jay was pretty good. He directed me with fun poses but I would have liked to capture the Jamaica flag in my photos a little better. I understand the wind may have made the shoot a little difficult but with a little more direction from the photographer would have been nice. The shoot was a little short as well could have been a little bit longer for the price. Overall the experience is memorable and would definitely do this again for sure when I visit Jamaica.

What is the use of taking these pictures for special occasions when it takes FOREVER to get the edit pictures.. still waiting! Bad service! It has been days still no edited pictures, no communication

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially given that your edited photos were delivered on Day 4—within the exact timeframe promised on our listing.
At no point did you inquire about expedited delivery, which we do offer for an additional fee. Instead, you attempted to pressure our team through text messages demanding special treatment outside of our standard process due to your birthday. While we understand the importance of special occasions, we have policies in place to ensure fairness and quality for all clients.
We maintained professionalism, delivered your edits on time, and communicated clearly throughout. It’s disheartening to see a review that misrepresents the facts and undermines the hard work of our photographers.

We booked this activity for our anniversary. We enjoyed our experience. Everything happened on time. Our driver was Nic he was nice and made us really comfortable. Our photographer was Xavier. He gave good directions during the photo shoot. I was really impressed with the raw images. Can’t wait to see my final edits! Thanks guys!

We visited this place on 7/21/2025. Me & my friend's photos are very poor quality for the amount of money that we paid. The raw photos are blurry. The edit photos are somewhat clear. As soon as you zoom in, they are not. As soon as I got the raw photos, I notified the person. I sent multiple emails and messaged him through Viator, no response. I didn't get in contact with him until that following Thurs, 7/24 when I called again.
I explained to him about the photos. He said they could be blurry due to the space on my phone or because I have an Android. Well, if you are running a business, then you should cater to people who has an iPhone & android. But, this wasnt the case. I sent the link to my work email to see if that would change, the photos still blurry. He said that he will resend the photos at the end of the day. He never did. I texted him Sat, 7/26. No response. I texted today, 7/27, he sent the link on WhatsApp. Now mind you, I didn't get the so called edit photos until today as well. Which he said would take 4 days. Which didn't get in 4days. Ok, they could be busy..I understand. Once I told him I didn't get them, he sent the edit photos.
Back to the raw photos. The link he sendlt on WhatsApp, I couldnt get the photos. I called and tried to explain the issue. He said it could be because I have an Android. No, that isn't the case. My friend who went with me and took photos also, has an iPhone, he photos were blurry as well.
He resent the link to my email and I downloaded the photos again AND THEY ARE STILL BLURRY!! Now, onto the edit photos. Their description said we can pick 5-7 photos for them to edit. They did NOT edit anything on our body. They only cropped out the photographer, made the water more blue, & the boat more clearer. I had bangs and I told him to make sure they were combed down or allow me to. I brought a comb, which he held, so I could. They dont allow you to fix anything, they just snap the photos. I had a space that looked like I had a bald spot. The edit photos are not crisp, but very poor quality. If you cannot deliver decent photos, then don't charge what you charge. We are very unhappy with our photos. I can't even post the raw photos because they are so blurry. Then he says the file is so big. Then, you need to make it in a way that they are not, so they won't look like that.

All photos, including both raw and edited versions, were delivered on time and in accordance with the timeline outlined at booking. Your requests for raw photos were honored multiple times, and our photographer has the records to show this. When you experienced difficulty accessing the files, we went a step further by speaking directly with your friend to assist with the download. During that call, your friend confirmed that the photos were not blurry.
As clearly explained in our product description, our standard editing includes environmental enhancements—such as brightening the water and improving clarity—but does not include body modifications, hairstyle adjustments, or retouching of personal features.
It is unfortunate that despite receiving full support and assistance—even as recently as yesterday—a negative review was still posted. Our team did everything possible to ensure you were satisfied.
We also find it unfortunate that Viator does not allow us to upload photos in our response to show proof that the images are clear. However, we invite anyone reading this to view our Instagram page [@ShorelineJA] where we regularly post client images, including the same style and session referenced here.
We take great pride in our service and transparency, and we respectfully ask that reviews reflect the full and accurate experience. False or misleading reviews not only harm small businesses like ours, but also affect future guests trying to make informed decisions.

I would like to take this time to recognize the photographer. I did not catch his name however it was him who made my b-day photos memorable. The rest of the staff was a mess, specially the owner. To the photographer thank you for being super kind and patient. My pictures turned out better than I anticipated them to.

I didn't get to do the photoshoot. We booked the day of our departure but before we left I contacted the owner to verify that we would have enough time and he said we would as long as we booked at 8am. Day of the shoot, they tried to reschedule but i made them aware we had to be back in time for flight. Driver didn't get there until 8:30am with mosquitos all in the van. He also thought he ws taking us to the airport no a photoshoot. I decided not to do the shoot so that my friend would be able to take her time and get some nice photos. They tried to convince me to rush and do the shoot but I declined again. They ended up rushing my friends shoot and when she saw the photos she was very unsatisfied. That was the one thing she really wanted to do while in Jamaica. The owner was understanding enough to give me a refund but it didn't make up for the fact that that's how went spent our last day in Jamaica.

We called this company several times about the transportation picking us up in advance, noone answered. We call viator to actually see what was going on. The company told us to rebook for the next day the sammw time, which was a big inconvenience. We were not able to due to we had multiple activities book in advance. Very unprofessional and not caring .

This is not a fair review because we did not receive the booking. Something must have gone wrong with the booking system. After speaking with the client and explaining that this was not on my company and offered to still try and accommodate them, they refused. They just asked for their money back, which we gladly obliged and yet they still chose to leave my company a bad review. This is not fair to our business because we can’t be held responsible for technical booking issues that are beyond our control!

The photographs produced from the session were of good quality; however, I had specifically requested these images for my birthday. It is apparent that there is no expedited option available for edits, and I believe that the provision of five edits is insufficient. A more appropriate range would be between ten to fifteen edits, especially considering the volume of photographs taken during the session. Furthermore, I found the photo shoot to be somewhat rushed. The team did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor when I introduced myself and attempted to engage in conversation. I also encountered limitations regarding certain poses I wished to execute, which I found disappointing. Additionally, I observed that the pick-up occurred earlier than the scheduled time I had booked. I would recommend that individuals seeking to book a session explore alternative options to find a service that accommodates a greater number of edits and the possibility of expedited photo processing, while also allowing clients to express their creativity through a wider range of poses.

It was a great experience! We started a little late, but the gentlemen were very communicative. Transportation pickup was good the driver was very informative and shared some history along the way ..He even took me and my bestfriend to a souvenir shop close by before our drop off. The staff is also very friendly you won’t regret it
