The one issue we had we had waited because 4 came that was not on the schedule. But we still enjoy the ride.

Once the driver picked us up, there was barely any communication. We didn't know that he was our guide throughout the entire experience. He barely spoke to us except to tell us his name. When we got to the location, we went inside to what we thought was the establishment only to find out that our driver was our guide. We went down to teh beach and had to wait 25 minutes for a jet ski to become available as the skis are shared among numerous companies.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience with us but just to clear the confusion your driver is not your jet skii guide.
Not sure where you got that information from but it’s not correct, also your wait time at the jet skii has to do with the delay in pick up time as you guys were 23 mins late for the pick up. Please also understand it’s always appreciated to leave a review however the reason by your feedback was because you wanted to add another person on the tour and did not want to pay for that person. Our driver for the day Adrien was professional and communicated very well with us. He took us to get lunch and stopped for us to get souvenirs as well. The only thing i would suggest is asking the riders what kind of music they preferred. He initially played very vulgar music with cursing and stuff, but when we asked, he let us play our own music in the car, which was really nice!
Jet ski was the first tour, and the majority of the jet skies were damaged. One of the jet skies wouldn't start, so they had to exchange it for another one. They instructed us to take videos of the damages on the jet skies prior to riding so they could differentiate new damages from old damages. As I was trying to take a video of one of the jet skies, one of the instructors got offended and said I looked at them as criminals. Even though I explained to him that we were instructed to take videos, he said I was disrespectful and drove off with the jet ski without me being able to take a video. The rest of the instructors were nice and patient, but none of them introduced themselves, so I can't say who, in particular, was amazing. I wouldn't book with this company for jet ski again.
ATV was a totally different experience!! The tour guides Teddy and Amal were PHENOMENAL!!! They introduced themselves, gave clear instructions, and their vibes were awesome. The tour route was absolutely beautiful! There were hills, dips, mud puddles, and nice turns! We even got complimentary coconut water at the end. No need for goggles or masks cause they provide full face helmets, and they smelt very clean! I would do this tour 1,000 times over! If you can, I would just book with Tallawah outpost company directly.

Shout out to Daniel, Josh for a great time with the ATV as well as eagle eye my guy with the drone capture our best moments on the Atv definitely 5 out of 5 highly recommended . First time doing the Jetski it was everything that I expected def had a great time will be back !!

ATV was super fun and quite muddy! We had a blast. Definitely recommend full face covering. Bring extra Cash also to purchase jerk chicken when you are finished. It was probably the best chicken we had on the entire island!!!! 4/5 stars because my ATV kept dying and I had to restart it like 55 times.
The jet skis was also really fun. An employee wrote with me, which was fine. I wish we could’ve gone a little further out, but I understand the rules and because a reef was close by. I let him drive the second half and that was definitely worth it! I highly recommend this excursion.

It was a fun time, and the weather was good. We were on the jet skis for about 25 out of the 45 mins which was disappointing.

Jet ski and staff was amazing great customer service we got there and immediately was greeted with staff and went directly to the water. ATV was a whole mess. It took over hour to get to location and once we got there we had to wait another hour and a half because most of their bikes were broken. Staff was not organized lots of people standing around not being productive. It’s so hot the ATM machine was broken so we couldn’t purchase anything. And no one offered water to keep us hydrated. It was if you can’t buy then oh well die I guess. I will not be referring the ATV to anyone. The jet ski experience was wonderful.
I would suggest a daily update for tourist about the mechanics of the bikes. Maybe by appointment only so a bus full of people from different resorts don’t all come at the same time and now we have to wait. I would have not done this and did another one if given the option. It’s too dam hot to be waiting over hour with on AC. DO BETTER!

Loved the opportunity to jetski again. Weather was not as cooperative but once the storm passed, it was back on. Didn't do the ATV tour due to weather and time constraints.

This excursion was so much fun we did jet skiing 1st which was my 1st time and then ATV . The instructor guys for the jet ski and atv park where so helpful and amazing . Our driver was great as well . This is a must if your looking for something fun

Jet Skiing was phenomenal. Our group had an amazing time. The crew was professional and took their time with the 1st timers in our group. The jetcar was a hit!! A+ rating to Jet Skiing. ATV could have been better. The wait time was too long and the course could've been longer. We spent more time taking pictures (with their company) than actually riding the ATVs. I personally enjoyed the bumpy course, however, several members in our group didn't. The video shown in the waiting room was misleading. We thought we would get muddy. Negative. Upon return, a bystander made the comment "Very clean ride." Compared to other ATV excursions, my group gave ATV a 1 out of 5 and Jetskiing 5 out of 5.
