I used the Viator private transfer instead of a taxi or resort shuttle to travel from the airport to the resort. I was in Jamaica for a wedding and found out, through other wedding guest, that the private transfer is faster than the resort shuttles and cheaper than a taxi. Both drivers were friendly and professional. I’m glad I booked the private transfer.

We were stuck in customs lines for almost 2 hours due to a power outage (storms). Our van was booked for 12noon and we couldn't get out to the driver until 130pm! I was able to call the driver to let him know but assumed he would leave for other passengers. I am not sure if it was him who was there to receive us or if he rotated to a colleague BUT we had a welcome ride safely to the hotel! I was soooo thankful that we still had a ride and that the vehicle was clean and smelled good! I would use Viator again for sure!
