Not clear on what was paid for

The experience itself inside the home was great however once i booked it it was very unclear that i did not have tickets to get inside the home so be careful when you purchase or pay for anything through viator. because i thought i was paying for a private tour And transportation and all actually that was included in my price was transportation. I selected private and paid but then when i arrived at the home they'd could not find my reservation so was very confusing and unclear on what exactly was paid for on my end. I had to pay to go on the tour With more than an additional ten people when i thought it was a private tour since i was traveling with my parents who cannot walk very well and was kind of holding everybody up. So please make sure you read exactly what your paying for and try to understand it before completing transactions.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This product as advertised includes trsnsportation only. They were picked up in a air conditioned vehicle and transported to the attraction by themselves. After paying the entrance fee at the attraction they did not request a private tour, so they were placed in a group.
