Great story and history lesson with surprises all around!! The tour guide was great!! So fun, loved it!
No one picked me up. My hotel tried to contact viator and got an answering machine. No one contacted me to cancel. I will be contacting the company for a refund when I get home. Really disappointing
There was 9 of us on this evening tour. Grounds very spooky and dark. Great experience and a bit of sun whilst learning about rose hall. Our guide was great and added some comedy to this. Staff very friendly and was nice to get of the resort and go somewhere different. Tour lasted about 50/55 minutes.
Went with my husband and friends. It was not what I expected but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience.
Expect the unexpected! This is tour is great fun! Such a fascinating story. We had a great tour guide, very knowledgeable of the home’s history
I was advertised (my opinion) as an authentic tour but it’s set up more like a fun haunted house and there’s no a/c so it was extremely hot and miserable. We couldn’t wait for it to end
A little disappointing, not quite what we were expecting, no real history of the actual plantation and not really a ghost experience.
The experience was very fun. Amazing to see the historic house in this light (pun intended). Hopefully the workers had as much fun as we did.

Guide Shen was excellent storyteller. Very engaging. Lots of jump scares and some walking on uneven surfaces so not for the faint of heart or unstable walkers.
Super fun, informative and genuine tour. Deidre is a legend! Enjoyed the tour in the dark, well restored old house and great staff for the tour- lots of fun, highly recommend.

A really spooky, exciting and informative tour of Rose Hall Great House. I’d suggest for adults only.
This was amazing! I loved how thorough and informative the tour was while keeping me scared and excited about what was going to pop out. Recommended all of my friends do this when they go to Jamaica!
Had a blast! We got there a little early and they fit us in with the previous tour. Guide was nice, knowledgeable, and hilarious. Actors were amazing. Lots of jump scares. Finale was a little underwhelming but whole trip was a blast!
I’ve been on quite a few haunted tours and this one by far has been one of the best. Shanice was a wonderful storyteller and did a great job of keeping us entertained and engaged. Please note that the tour has haunting re-enactments so if you are easily spooked the daytime tour might be a better option.
We paid transportation to get us there and back just for it to be closed during our booked tour time. Security on site advised us that they were closed and gone for the night….requested refund
Had a great time. The staff got just about everyone in our group to jump at least once. The tour is well worth the time.the guide was very informative.
Very well restored... teen boys and had a great time... if staying at Hilton Rose Hall must go can get away with walking is about 15 min walk straight shot
The tour guide, Sophia, did a terrific job at navigating our group around this spooky tour. She was both funny and entertaining. Make a you have in a pair of running shoes lol
Our trip was end of July. Crazy hot. Take bottled water with you or they do sell it at the beginning of the tour along with beer. Cute gift shop as well. Hard to get a good understanding of the history due to the size of the tour group. We had about 50 people. Several children who chattered quite a bit. Several good spooks with someone jumping out and yelling. Glad we did it but once was enough. I would not recommend for children under 8. We had a few who cried and had to be removed.
