After leaving the ship, please proceed to the lobby; come through the lobby and take the left turn to the first gate. Use the gate on the right to exit the terminal; then follow the palm trees to the main gate where your driver will be waiting. The driver will have a sign with your name.

What To Expect

After morning pickup at the Montego Bay cruise ship terminal, relax in the air-conditioned minivan as your driver-guide takes the North Coast Highway to the Blue Hole.

Pass local attractions including the Hip Strip, Rosehall, and Falmouth before reaching Discovery Bay, located in the parish of St. Ann. Stop at a viewpoint that overlooks the coast where Christopher Columbus landed in 1494 and learn about Jamaica's history from your guide.

From Discovery Bay, continue driving up into the mountains to Secret Falls and the Blue Hole. Meet your local guide who accompanies you safely for about one hour as you explore the waterfalls, rain forest, boulders, and natural pools that surround the Blue Hole. Go swimming, climb into caves, jump off cliffs, hop on the rope swing, or simply enjoy the water and photo ops.

After your visit to the Blue Hole, your driver takes you to a popular local restaurant where you can purchase lunch, perhaps choosing to taste the authentic Jamaican jerk chicken or pork. In the afternoon, head to the Bamboo Blu Beach for an hour of fun on pristine white sand beaches with calm waters.

Your guide ensures your timely return to the port after your time on the beach.
