Fun water experience

Beautiful trip to the Dunn’s River waterfall. So much climbing up the waterfall and swimming in the fresh water. The open ocean at the end was a nice surprise too.

Our driver was kind and knowledgeable. He stayed with us all day. The falls and the beach was lovely. It’s cash only and beware the vendors. They will hound you!

Good and Bad!

The tour itself was great. Can't knock that at all as that exceeded our expectations. I'd thoroughly recommend visiting for the experience and the adventure. Extremely let down by the actual tour company arranging though. Thelga's Jamaica Tours I'd avoid. They were meant to pick us up at 9am. They were late. We were not able to contact them and had to rush around contacting Viator to communicate with them. They didn't pick us up until 10.30am. We were advised they were 'stuck in traffic' or there was 'road construction'. Viator instructed us to ask the driver for their side of the story!! The driver said he was sent to the wrong hotel!! Definitely recommend the visit to Dunn's River and would advise to experience the climb with the local tour guides at the location. Would definitely not recommend Thelga's Jamaica Tours. They were dishonest with us and very hard to contact.

I must apologise profoundly to our guest for yes been late and additionally for their experience been tainted with so much disappointment. However, although we were late yes due to error in the driver arriving at an incorrect hotel and additionally by traffic after realising he was at incorrect hotel. The tour did operate and of such we find it difficult to refund these customers as all aspects of the tour remains the same except for the late start. We are happy that they did enjoy the falls afterall. Thanks for your review, we use your complain for continous improvement.

Excellent day at the falls, is is worth every dollar, need to walk , need water shoes and a change i cloths after you are done, you will get wet head to toes

The Falls with Children!

This was a great quick trip. The ride through the countryside was beautiful and educational. Our driver Barry was amazing. My wife and I brought our 2 yr. old son and felt safe the entire time. The Falls itself was so much fun. We had our son strapped in a backpack so he climbed with us. (Well my wife did the climbing as he rode) He very much enjoyed it. Very beautiful and an amazing site to experience. Don't forget your water shoes. A must have!

Dunn's River Falls is well worth visiting while in Jamaica. Bring your water shoes or rent them for $10 US. Lot's of souvenir vendors after and they are persistent but the prices are better off property. Take a waterproof camera!

The falls were AMAZING. We had my mom, whom has 2 knee replacements, and 2 kids and we all had fun. There are 2 things that kept this from being a 5 star tour. 1:the gauntlet of souvenir sales as you leave the falls. It was ridiculous. 2:Our driver was rude, and cheaper drivers were in the hotel lobby.

Our private driver Barry was fantastic. He gave us a great history lesson on MBJ, along with a safe and sure travel to and from Dunn's River Falls. The falls were completely fabulous. Our private tour guide Michael B. was knowledgeable of the falls best routing and made us completely comfortable as we climbed and enjoyed God's Great Fall. We always felt safe and had a great time. We will return again...
