Our driver was so friendly! And patient. He waited for us to finish up at Club Mobay on arrival. And we were lucky enough to see him again on our return to the airport. True genuine Jamaican warmth with great advice. Excellent service!

Very punctual and constant communication and making sure that you’re picked up and dropped off on time. Driver was very friend.. the owner of the Montego Bay. Transportation was also friendly.

We didn’t get the name sign or the rum punch as advertised but pickup and drop off instructions were good. Both drivers were friendly and even offered excursion packages.

Andrea was amazing! She was there on time to pick us up from the airport and returning to the airport. She had a sign with my name on it with happy birthday. She stop by and got us a refreshing drink and it was really good. We were traveling with one of our friends who had medical supplies and she was so patient and understanding. We will be using her services when we return to Jamaica.

Booked this transfer the night before & I actually booked it for the wrong day!! Smh! Our driver called prior to arrival to confirm the appointment. Once we landed and got our things she met us outside. On the way to the hotel we stopped for refreshments & light shopping. Our driver was also gracious enough to take us by KFC! Definitely recommend their service!

Our driver was waiting for us and ready to take us to our hotel upon arrival. She was extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed the stories and information she shared with us about Jamaica. We rented car seats from them and they were in good condition. We felt very comfortable having our children use them. The van was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a great find to help bring our family to our hotel.

It was a return airport transfer, but it has been a wonderful experience, especially in the company of driver Andrea. We have had another tour with another company which they canceled at the last minute. But Andrea quickly found another solution and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Andrea was the best! I booked a transfer with her the day before we arrived and she had someone available for us. Halfway through our trip, we decided to change hotels and Andrea rearranged her schedule, I’m sure, to pick us up and bring us to the new hotel. She even refunded us a portion of what we paid because the new hotel was closer to the airport. She was so kind and accommodating and even gave us a history of Jamaica during the drive. We also considered doing a boat cruise and she provided information with pictures and prices. We’ll contact her the next time we’re in Jamaica. Thank you Andrea!
