Breezy & Sheebay (horses names) for a great day!

To start this day we met Odain our driver. He was quickly responsive on WhatsApp or text and was prompt/early to meet us at the pick up just outside the port in Falmouth. Odain is a great guy, and he wasn’t just “a driver”, he was full of facts about the island, and gave us a tour of useful information on the drive fown from Falmouth to St Ann’s about (50 mins drive time). My wife and I were pleased to see that the Horses were well taken care of! They looked very healthy. We were seriously not going to go, if they weren’t. Our experience lasted a solid 40- 45 min “on the horse”- we went through a jungle trail that led to the beach and we walked/galloped with our horses along the beach and in the water. Our horse guide MJ did a great job with the horses and was kind enough to snap some great picture of my wife and I for the experience. They also had another guy with a real camera taking pics as well for more $ but MJ did a great job and we didn’t need/want to buy them. After the ride was over, and we back in the van, Odain stopped off on the way home at one of his local places and we were able to get some Jerk Chicken and Pork and washed it down with a few Red Stripe beers! That was a nice treat after a long drive to and from. Overall the experience was a 5*****. If you port in Ocho Rios the drive is only 17min vs 50 from falmouth, but the cruise port was damaged in Ocho so they diverted for our cruise. Don’t hesitate to book for your first time! Odain will be my new go to on the island for everything in the future when we plan our vacation back to Jamacia, and was happy to make the connection through Viator!

Unacceptable excursion. We road the horse for 15mins. I will never ever book with them again, never!!

I would like a refund. He took us to a place. We didn't feel safe. We road the two horses for 15mins. This is totally unacceptable. Im requesting a refund.
