Over priced - could have gotten a taxi much faster and cheaper

Nothing was VIP about this experience. We had a hard time finding the driver at the airport, the car was old and well used, I am not sure the A/C worked, and we went straight to the hotel so no stopping for items along the way.

Thank you for your feed back. First would like to say that the driver was there waiting with your name on the sign, he waited for about an hour because your flight was delayed but you failed to mention that and you were welcomed with refreshments such as water and rum punch which you and your husband participate in. Yes the A/C worked but when you parked in the sun for more than a hour, it's going to take a while before the vehicle is cool down, the vehicle is in good condition and stopping optional.
