Terrible service. Can’t believe Viator can do this.

The local service provider arranged by Viator dod not come to pick us up 10 AM as scheduled. We waited for one hour and did not come. Then the hotel arranged another excursion for which we paid $179 extra. Viator not only should refund our money for the excursion we booked but also for $179 paid for another excursion. Terrible service. We are nit happy at all. ☹️😩

Unfortunately, this led to the delay in informing you about the cancellation. We understand how frustrating this situation was, especially after waiting for an hour. Please be assured that you have been issued a full refund for the canceled tour. However, we are unable to cover the cost of the additional excursion arranged by your hotel. Our driver Akari was awesome from start to finish! He was very patient and knowledgeable. He did not ever make us feel rushed. Highly recommend!

Website needs to be udpated. I specifically looked for places that would pick us up at our hotel. This one confirmed that we did. The morning of the excursion, the driver never showed up. They explained the next day that our hotel was outside their range.

It was an experience!

Zipline, horseback and bamboo rafting was great!!! I was super afraid of zipline but I made it through. Dunns river falls was really pretty but I didn’t know we had to climb the falls it wasn’t to bad though

If I could give this tour company BOJ (Best of Jamaica). This company is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. He refuses to acknowledge that the website says LIMESTONE messages included. He blamed it on the Jamaican Government but refuse to remove it off of the website. No SNACK PROVIDED. No WATER! All lies! After him receiving over $1800.00 from all of my friends booking he only wants refund $120.00 TOTAL! This ruined my bfs Birthday!
