This is NOT a private tour. Then when you show them you booked a private tour they laugh at you. They said that means private transportation. Maybe you should put private transportation NOT private tour. We have a son with special needs and we needed a private tour that's why we booked it. The tour guide at the River Safari was very very good with our son. His name was Roger. The man has 13 kids, so he knows. So the River Safari piece was great, however, the tour company and Viator really failed us

Hi Melanie We don't do share tours. Also all our tours are Private. You wanted the entire boat for yourself but if you wants the boat for yourself you will have to pay for it when you arrive at Black River Safari. The money that you pay only includes private transportation and entry fee to both locations and we are sure that was on the reservation when you were booking. You did not complain about YS Falls because we know you were not the only one that was on the bus that's takes you to the Falls. You also leave our driver at Black River and go with your friend driver back to the hotel. You don't even say thank you to the driver for taking you to both locations safely. You don't even let him knows that you are not going to drive with him back to the hotel. You just walk pass him and go with you friends driver. Thank you again for booking with us. One love ❤🙏
