Bought 8 tickets for Abbey entrance and audio guide. The day of our visit for free for all visitors however Viator charged us. Audio guide link was not provided despite contacting twice.

Half-baked Experience

Half-baked experience. I purchased a ticket with audioguide. I got ticket and no audio guide. All that effort to ho up all that stupid steps. I was wondering what I was looking. Unfortunately, the monument is extremely busy and everything’s sold out for the time slot. I do not have the luxury of time. Cellular reception is unfortunately showing 3G (and I have 2 eSIMs for 2 different cellular carriers running at the same time) and could not use google to give me more info on what I was looking at. Activity Provider will refund me for the audio guide. That is already a lost opportunity. Apparently small shortfall with huge consequences.
