Joseph was an articulate, captivating story teller. He knows his subject well, welcomes questions and interacts on a personable level. The walking was way less intense than I expected, though I’d have been fine with more (Even tackling that huge hill to see the mansion!!). It was a lot of fun and we’re already looking at going in the haunted trolley tour.

It was a very interesting tour with true stories of ghosts from the city and general area. Our guide also provided a lot of good ideas for places available to the public where one might later go to have a potential ghost experience on your own. Great guide. Beautiful city.
