Audio guide did not do justice to the magnificent cathedral and it's history. Clearly out of date as referenced by mentioning "Covid restrictions."

I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. The cathedral is only the last part of the tour, so it sounds like you enjoyed the rest. We will contact the publisher of this tour and ask them to update the content, though, as I understand it, the content is up to date, except for the references to COVID-19 restrictions.

While the storyteller was very good, there was too much quiet - I was unsure that I was going the right way several times, and my husband actually did go the wrong way, because he was having a lot of problems with the gps getting his location right!

I was impressed by the knowledge of the audio guide. Also with the VoiceMap technology that allowed the description to know where we were so the commentary was appropriate for the location.

I made a booking error and booked Durham, UK instead of Durham, NC, USA. I was not able to change the tour, nor get a refund.
