Downloaded in good faith and I really thought the app would work but it would have taken up too much of the battery and I would have spent too much time looking at the phone than taking in everything around us. Decided to ditch and get on the hop and off bus instead.

I thought id like this tour as it was self paced but I found the app and navigation very hard to follow. I didn't like it at all.

I'm giving this tour 5 stars even though a technical issue prevented me from using the app. Shortly before I planned on activating the app I received a message from Pandemic informing me that they were experiencing technical issues and to let them know if I encountered problems using it. I activated the app and while it worked initially, it ceased to function. I emailed their tech support and they responded immediately and refunded my money. So what could have been a 1 star rating is a 5 star because they proactively identified the problem, were responsive, and then refunded my money. I would try using their app again without hesitation.

Good idea for an app as it was what we were looking for, but half of the audio didn’t work (would cut off after 5 seconds). Tried a bunch of different things and didn’t have any internet issues, so seems like an app issue.
