Trip is from Evergreen. Departure and arrival was on time and provided info on what you need. They have sent me plenty of reminders from the trip time, driver details, booking details, additional rental equipment (mt. buller clothing & shoes, ski rentals) and keep reminding thru all means (e-mail, whatsapp, txt message). The bus left on time and we even got there 30 minutes early! The bus was okay, nothing fancy. Tony was really helpful, he kept us updated on where we were and what to expect. On the way back, the bus was on time again. The driver was going pretty fast, but I didn't mind. We got back to the hotel at 8 pm. I'd definitely recommend this to others!

We had so much fun without any stress of getting there or buying permits etc. the bus was punctual and the driver Rick was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very clear with instructions and was very accessible via phone. The booking process was easy and the follow up instruction clear.

NEGATIVE 1xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxnthxxxxxxxxxx EXTRAGREEN HOLIDAYS MT BULLER SNOW TOUR I am disgusted on how the tour operator wanted us to cancel and just to get away with what they did to us and totally ignore all the things we had to go through and pay for just to come to Melbourne and make our trip happen. They sent us a message yesterday to confirm and to be at the meeting place by 5:35am and everyone was there by 5am. They never showed up. They never answered our calls until more than 2 hours later they rang us and said that the bus broke down and needs fixing and they refuse to get a replacement even though we keep suggesting that, instead she kept pushing on waiting for 3-3.5h or just cancelling so it’ll be on us and it will seem like they would not be at fault and liable. They made us wait for hours and hours in the rain and freezing cold. We were asking for compensation on top of the refund but they flat out refused. We went on leave from work, travelled interstate, drove over 5h, flown almost 2h and spent exorbitant money just to be in this snow trip but it all went into nothing. The lack of responsibility, liability and accountability makes me sick. This has been escalated to the escalation team. This also needs to be dealt with accordingly so that appropriate actions can be done. Contacting and reporting them to Consumer Affairs Victoria would be the best bet.

Climb into a dark, cold bus at 5.30 in the morning - wedge ourselves into seats made for children - knees crushed into the seat in front - can't even see to put the seat belt on - legs soon numb with cold and complaints to the driver do not improve the situation at all (ie. the bus designated to take us on a four hour trip to the frigid Victorian highlands, in late winter, has a busted heater - nobody told us we needed to wear our ski gear IN the bus!!) - whilst the bus's suspension handles city roads OK (would be good as an airport shuttle bus) it is a banger on country roads. We travelled to Melbourne, from Adelaide, especially for a trip to the ski fields - we went to bed extra early the night before (waste of a night on holiday) and spent most of another day of our holiday cramped and bone cold - thankyou very much Viator! We are definitely going to be telling our friends all about this experience and maybe Victoria's tourism bureau too.

Snow has mostly melted except for the ski slope which I believe is machine generated. The price is just for the 4-hour transport to and fro Mount Buller. Everything else is at your own cost. The driver is alright but I wasn't expecting 2 additional drop-offs before we return to CBD area. The return trip took 5 hours due to this. It was pretty exhausting.

The first driver who pcked us up from Russell street was so arrogant and despite of all the papers we showed him that we booked our tour at viator he wouldn’t let us in the bus saying that I should find my name in his list. That was supposed to be his job. The letters were like 4 size font we couldn’t read. He drove carelessly we were scared the bus might have an accident
