    A wasted day

    Our guide Khalid was 15 min late, never acknowledged he was late. He started the walking tour by asking us to pay for a taxi to ‘save our time’. He did not have much to tell us. He took us to the Jewish museum, sat down and told us to look around. He did the same at the Jewish cemetery. He took us to the Jewish quarter and said the Jewish people like to have balconies. When I asked where are the balconies, he got loud and angry. We have taken many tours and have never met a tour guide that did not seem knowledgeable and well prepared. This was supposed to be a 3 hours walking tour. We finished the tour in just about one hour. We were so disappointed with this tour that we no longer want to sign up any more tours with Viator. No thanks.

    AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! We were at the agreed meeting point in good time, unfortunately the guide did not bother to turn up. When we contacted the tour operator he was very rude.
