Given option to take walking trip (instead of biking) we were guided on educational tour by PEDRO, a multigenerational resident of the local community. He interlaced historical background with interesting facts about locals and how the area has been positively affected by tourism without losing its authenticity and heritage.

Great way to see Estepona. Been to the town 3 times previously and still learned loads. The leader was a local and took us to places you wouldn’t find walking around alone.

My husband, and our three adult daughters did this cycling tour of Estepona a few days ago - we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide was a lovely guy and full of interesting information about the culture and history of the town and region. Having the e bikes made it easy to get a very good overview of all the prettiest parts of the town easily in a few hours. We also stopped at a couple of food shops to see some typical things from the area and came away with some delicious treats. We also toured the history museum which was very interesting. The bikes were excellent and easy to ride.

A brilliant way to take in the sights, culture and history of Estapona. Our guide Pedro was passionate about his home town sharing stories of historical significance that only locals would know. Meeting the local shop keepers was a highlight. Well worth the money and so much more than we anticipated. The e bikes were easy to manouver and provided you can ride a bike you will manage the inclines with these bikes.

Pedro our guide was fantastic. We loved the town of Estepona. It was beautiful and riding around on the e bike made it so easy to see everything. It is definitely a place worth visiting!

The entire staff was friendly & welcoming. Pedro is an absolutely amazing guide. He was very patient with my somewhat limited experience with e-bikes. His family has lived in Estepona for generations, and he knows the history backwards, forwards, and upside down. In addition to showing me all around the old part of the city he gave me lots of recommendations for places to visit later, told me about great restaurants that the locals frequent, best shops to buy fruit and snacks (I’ve been staying in an apartment with kitchenette). Full disclosure: I speak fluent Spanish and have studied Spanish literature & history, so our discussions were all in Spanish and I already had the background to ask additional questions. Also, this is still off-season for tourism and I was the only one on the tour for Sunday morning, so it was very customized and personalized. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to know more about the city before venturing out to explore on your own.

Pedro was a spectacular tour guide. He grew up in Estepona so he was able to share so many unique stories about this lovely town. And he was so knowledgeable about the history which is incredibly interesting. We explored so much of Estepona - feel like we know so much more now. Highly recommend!
