It didn't go anywhere! I had no pre-day contact so contacted them at 7pm last night, to be told that they didn't realise the booking was there, even though I had booked over 2 months ago and they had received payment. There no flexibility so they cancelled and refunded me.

This tour requires at least two travellers for the tour to go ahead. Unfortunately this is the second time we did not have the required numbers for this tour to go ahead.
We are torn with this tour as the single travellers who go on it love it's cheap single person rate, however we've now had these two cases where the minimum number of travellers were not meant resulting in the tour finally being cancelled. While the tour is a big hit for many it has resulted in these two very poor reviews.

Tour was canceled with very short notice by tour operator as they did not have enough customers for the tour

Once again we offer our most sincere apologies, Thomas. This tour requires a minimum of 2 clients to run and 99% of the time it does run but that particular Saturday was an unfortunate one.
We informed you around midday on Friday that we still didn't have a second client and offered you a space on our Sunday tour that was confirmed however you were already leaving Mozambique on that day.
Leaving us a 1-star review is quite unkind.
