It was an unforgettable experience seeing so many animals up close in their natural environment. Our guide was incredibly motivated and took us to the best spots for amazing wildlife viewing. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at one of the park’s base camp restaurants.
The transportation from Mozambique to South Africa was smooth and well-organized, and crossing the border went perfectly with our multiple-entry Mozambican visa.
Overall, it was an exceptional and memorable day — I highly recommend this tour!

Cannot say enough positive things about this day trip. It was incredible. The tour company was amazing and Kruger was epic. Border crossing and customs was efficient and safe!

A lovely tour and quick, easy way to see Kruger and fabulous animals just few hours from Maputo! Just as the description details, we left around 5am, had a very smooth ride in a very comfortable van, and arrived to the park around 7:30/8:00am. Our driver, Charles, was great in navigating the way and helping us through immigration (leaving Mozambique and entering South Africa - two separate processes; be sure to bring your visa with receipt and passport). We met our safari driver, Valencia, at the Crocodile Bridge entrance of Kruger. She was very knowledgeable and helped show us so many animals - elephants, zebras, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, impala, birds, and a pack of lionesses. The tour includes lunch at a restaurant (Bean & Mugg) - note that the lunch doesn't cover alcohol (purchase on your own). There's a small souvenir shop there as well. The drive back took a bit longer - longer lines at the border/immigration offices and more traffic on the road. Was a wonderful day!

Our driver was at the pick up location on time and was very helpful regarding our South African entry.
Our driver was excellent and fun to spend the day with! He explained everything and helped us get to know the animals of the park better.
I can't wait to come back for a night ride or just for another day trip to spot the remaining two members of the big five. :)

A magnific trip to kruguer Park, beautifully organised, that exceeded all our expectations. Is was absolutely worth it.
We would like to Thank to Alfainho, that drove us on a vehicle with imaculate cleanliness, for is politeness, kindness, generosity. He provided everything we needed and beyond. A pleasure to travel with.
Finally, our guide at Krüger Park, “Doctor” was an amazing company, guiding us with the best insights regarding species. Wonderful to hear and learn from, sparkled with plenty of laughs throughout the safari.

For first timer on Safari, this experience exceeded my expectations. Whole day was well organised, our driver was very attentive and took care of us (especially at the border where you need to be aware)
Kruger Park is a must and I would do it again in a heartbeat, we drove around 6hrs with lunch in the middle and we saw lots of amazing animals. Perfect day:)

Great park, and great guide (Gerhardt). Also the transfer from Maputo was excellent.
The only thing you should keep in mind, though, is that this park is HUGE, therefore the wild animals have a lot of room where to stay, which is not necessarily close to the roads and paths you will drive through - you will see wildlife, but less than in other parks

Thank-you for your feedback Alessandro. And we really do appreciate your honest feedback. Kruger is indeed huge and nothing like some smaller parks that are almost zoos. In Kruger we see hundreds and hundreds of animals throughout the day but many of them can be a challenge to find!

I booked as a solo traveller and it felt expensive but in retrospect it was worth every penny. My Mozambican driver, Alf, was completely lovely and made the border process easy. I ended up with my own private vehicle at the park with my guide, Mico, and he was great. I saw so many elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos.. the list goes on. Add to that a really nice lunch included in the price (I was expecting a sandwich but you actually get to eat at the lovely restaurant), it was just an incredible, unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I'm glad you had an enjoyable day Ffion and thank-you for pointing out that the lunch really is at a proper restaurant. The restaurant has lovely views over the Sabie River and you often have animal spotting as you eat.
And we are truly sorry that it does work out so expensive for single travellers. There are considerable costs with two vehicles in two different countries, and of course a Mozambican driver and a South African guide. We try to group single travellers together as much as we can as this brings the costs down.

I had an incredible time at Kruger national park thanks to our amazing guide and driver.
I was fortunate enough to have Ofiço as my driver for this and my day trip to Eswatini. Ofiço was very patient and pointed out many highlights of the drive to South Africa. Most importantly, we were able to smoothly go through customs to and fro South Africa.
Our guide in Kruger National Park was Saint, who was absolutely amazing and provided an informative and enjoyable experience. This trip is a must when in Maputo. Thank you Ofiço and Saint for the amazing day!
