Great weather, lovely boat ride & the staff were helpful and friendly. The snorkeling spot was a bit crowded and sea life came due to them being fed by the boat staff. Lots of sting rays, eels, & fish. The curry lunch on the island was good. Sorry we didn’t see dolphins, but they spent a lot of time looking for them.

Excellent tour, Mohammad especially was a wonderful host. One issue with the tour shop on Himmafushi, we were given a fake/banned 20$ bill when we asked for change, but Mohammad was able to help us resolve the problem well. Scuba experience, photography, sandbank tour, and lunch were all very memorable and would recommend to anyone looking for a day activity near Malé/Hulhumale area

The tour missed A LOT of aspects that were advertised: there were no beach towels, no changing rooms, no restrooms on board, no shower facilities, no tea & coffee, no local island tour (unless being left to walk alone is supposed to qualify), no snorkeling before lunch (lots of time spent at the sand bank and at lunch). Giving more than one star for two reasons:
1) the staff were nice, and their GoPro videos were absolutely worth the reasonable price;
2) the snorkeling was good, we saw a huge number of fish - but even this has a caveat: the staff on our boat and others fed bread to attract the fish, which is a harmful practice. Through a walking tour the next day I learned that other companies like Secret Paradise have more sustainable practices.

The lesson here is that speaking the same language and communicating are not the same thing. We never met up. We arrived an hour and half early. Made the first call that we just got off the ship and we're told we would be picked up shortly. No one ever arrived. Three calls later and 15 minutes after tour started a girl who spoke clearly said we were in the wrong place and had missed the tour. No more contact. $150 Gone I guess

At first, there was a 3hour delay. Mechanical problem on the boat. We wasted our halfday at the Hulhumale Jetty Port.. Though, the crew and tour officials are nice, helpful and all, particulaly Ms. Melony of UI Travel. The tour is fair for its price. Very good snorkeling spots, excellent sand bar, very good food. All in all, this trip is fair for its price. Next time kindly fix or test the boat first.

So they did not take us on the boat, because they did not have our reservation.
After a call to one guy from the company he offered trip next day (which was impossible for us, because we flew away that day) and than he offered full refund for the inconvenience.
We accepted this resolution and went to their office, but there was different guy and there it started. He started with "the boat left on time and you were late". Funny because first of all the departure time is listed on 9:30 am and the boat left 9:15 am. But that was not the problem because we have been there from 9:00 am, talked with the boat staff, showed them our tickets and then they refused us, because we are not on the list.
Then after some arguing he said that if we want refund we have to ask for it online via VIATOR.
Which we did, but shortly came response, that refund is declined, because boat was on time and we were late. So I again responded to them, again explained the situation, but until today with no answer.
The VIATOR help team is unable to do anything with this.
So yeah, great experience and lost 151 dollars for nothing.

The Tour Guide - Jahir seemed like racist. Being an Indian (travelling with my mom). He treated us the worst. He was very argumentative and deliberately did not take any pics. He also spoiled my snokerling videos with bare minimum capture. He did not help me anywhere. I was highly disappointed. The location of this tour was beautiful but the same trip is offered by "Dream Adventure" . Please Contact this Tour Operator and ask for Mustafa who is really great. Mustafa helped me bring my spirits and took many photos on sandbank and helped me in snokerling even though he was not my tour guide ( we had exact same tour) . "Dream Adventure" offers 5 star tour (with exact same itinerary). They literally give water bottles, towels,Umbrella , restaurant lunch and great service for less price. "UI Maldives" the tour i went does not offer anything beside lunch(on boat). I highly recommend to go with "Dream Adventure" and ask for Mustafa as guide.

As per your review, you are trying to promote third party tour for some reason. UI Maldives is doing tours in Hulhumale for more than 10 years and the only Full Fiberglass boat in town. We have over 1000 reviews on Tripadvisor and 3 times Maldives Travel Awards. The only boat covers Public Liability Insurance. So, we don't even compare with others.

Boat came late, very old boat, waste of time at sandbank, waste of time souvenir shopping, below average food, no tea or coffee as described, mostly defective snorkeling equipment, no fins at all - given that I would have given a terrible grade,
however we seemed to have found the perfect day to go to stingray point. A dozen sting rays, phantastic schools of rhinoceros , blue, and black fish, and the high light a huge spotted yellowish eel in phantastic clear water and filmed for an extra 10 usd, which made my day !

Never had the experience however we were diverted to another service from this service as the weather were not right ,we had to pay 3 times more only for snorkling ,but the weather in my opnion wasn't that bad to not resume the activities.

Full Fun Adventure Trip is a long boat tour with sandbank, snorkeling, dolphin cruise etc. Weather on that day was very bad & Yellow Alert was warned to central & South atolls of the Maldives. We even tried to delay & start the trip a bit later. But the weather & MAT warning didn't allow us to resume the trip. We even invited you to join the trip on next day or do a shorter trip like Snorkeling or Water Sports. We have offered you the full refund as well.

C’était vraiment une excursion au top ! Le sandbank avec personnes autour c’était vraiment magique.
L’île d’himmafushi avec les locaux et la boutique de souvenirs (les prix sont bien moins cher qu’à mâle et tout est fait à la main)
Le snorkling ou on a vue des poissons des raies c’a c’était le feu ,
Tout était nickel,
Petit point à améliorer sur la logistique au niveau du point de rdv, peut mettre une affiche avec le nom UI Maldives ou un repère.
