Boat never showed up at the jetty, still working with Viator to get my money back.
I arrived a half hour early and waited 45 minutes past the departure time.

The trip was supposed to be two hours. We started out half an hour late! The area we snorkeled in was very rough seas. The biggest issue was the boat’s swim step which we used to get in and out of the water was a series of round metal pipes. It was unbelievably slippery. There were six people on the tour. Several hurt themselves either getting in or out trying to get a grip and then stand on the pipes which was the swim step. I badly injured my foot. It is swollen and seriously bruised. On top of that the location of the snorkel was so rough I got seasick and threw up while snorkeling. That has never happened to me. Finally we returned to the dock early because it was getting dark. All in all a terrible experience. I can’t walk on my right foot without a lot of pain!

nice fish. boat stayed near reef but you had to swim over very deep black ocean to see area where fish were visible. kind of scary. getting off boat difficult and getting back the same. don't expect any amenities except a warm bottle of water

Messaged guide on WhatsApp day before the tour to confirm meeting point, but was no show the next day. Sent messages and called three times. Did get full refund from Viator. No follow up message from guide to explain what happened.

This time was full Lock Down in the Maldives. Due to that we had to cancel. I've sent email to Viator to close our listing as well.
