Isi was a wonderful hostess and taught me how wo make 3 different dishes. I go real hands on experience in her beautiful home. I highly recommend taking this class as it was fun, tasty, and educational.

Isi was such an incredible, and inviting hostess!!! She let us do as much of the prep, and cooking as we wanted, and gave us an excellent lesson in Filipino history, and cuisine. She also makes delicious chili sauces that we bought at a local store to bring home to Texas!

Issi is a wonderful teacher with a very deep knowledge of Filipino cooking tradition & regional cooking styles - we could have listened to her all day. She is a great ambassador for innovation and using freshest seasonal ingredients ( sourced from direct from farmers), transformed typical Filipino dishes into a new taste sensation and best of all .. we helped in the making of the meal and savoured each and every bite.
