Arrived at San Juan and went to baggage claim as instructed. Waited 30 minutes before contacting service directly and received no answer. Contacted Viator customer service rep Pat who was very helpful. We both tried
to contact service provider and got an answering machine. Left message and several texts but no response. After another hour I took an Uber instead. First time this has happened using Viator so it may just be a special cause but to not contact the customer with an explanation is inexcusable. Highly disappointed but won’t let it affect my vacation. I just know better now when visiting San Juan.

This was my first time using Viator so I had to do some extra navigating to get just what I wanted, airport transportation to and from a resort in Rio Grande. The price saved me sixty bucks compared to what the resort wanted. Once I found what I wanted everything was a breeze. The only issue that I have is when I checked my booking I did not see all of my travel information. It did not show the return trip to the airport. When I called customer service they verified that my return trip was booked. Jesus, the driver, was at the airport before my plane landed. He was very courteous and personable. Offered use water which was welcomed because it was hot. On the return trip has also early, got use to the airport safe and sound. I will definitely use Viator again.
Alexander was friendly and a wealth of information. 🤩 He gave us tips on best restaurants/food experiences, local delicacies, transportation and excursions.
Jesus and Juan were very very accommodating and the overall experience was stress free and absolutely wonderful! I would absolutely recommend using this service!!

The driver was rude and was definitely germophobic. He complained that I had a water bottle and did not help with all my bags. I felt like I was a burden versus a customer. Needs to improve on attitude. My driver name was Jesus.

Totally false. I always have bottles of water to greet my customers when they arrive at the airport, so no problem with a bottle of water. You only wrote this because I said No to a refund request that you made even though the service was done perfectly. You brought so many suitcases that there was no way that I didn't place them on my car, you did not placed any suitcase in my vehicle, that's my everyday work. You are not a good faith customer.
Driver was flexible even when our flight was 3 hours delayed, was in time and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Car was on time, clean, and of ample size for my large family with lots of luggage. Our driver, Jesus, was polite and got us to the airport quickly. Highly recommended!

Driver was late. But he did call ahead to let me know he was running late. Soon as he pulled up, he jumped out to assist with loading of bags. He pulled right up to doors at airport, assisted with unloading bags and wished us a safe flight.
